Expected Challenges to implement Telemedicine service in public hospitals of Bangladesh
Abstract. Bangladesh is a developing country where providing sufficient and affordable health-care is a challenge due to the high population density and poor healthcare infrastructure. Considering this reality, the Government of Bangladesh is going to implement telemedicine in public hospitals of Bangladesh. In order to introduce telemedicine in public hospitals in Bangladesh itis important to identify and address issues and challenges that may affect successful implementation. So, the aim of our project was to identify the challenges to implement telemedicine in public hospitals of Bangladesh. A Qualitative exploratory research approach has been used to conduct the study. The model of Khalifehsoltani & Gerami (2010) was used to investigate the six areas of expected challenges to implement telemedicine in public hospitals of Bangladesh in our study. After analysing the collected data in the light of a conceptual mode it was found that the expected challenges to implement telemedicine in public hospitals of Bangladesh are related to a lack of sufficient funds, the anxieties of patients about telemedicine, the lack of widespread and continuous education for public use of e-health services, a weakness of the software to deal with increasing workloads, shortage of technologically skilled manpower, the lack of a comprehensive legal framework about telemedicine, lack of telemedicine related policy and lack of telecommunication network in some areas of the country. Before being able to successfully implement the telemedicine project in public hospitals the government of Bangladesh needs to take some serious initiatives to solve these challenges.Keywords. Technological impact on the art of moviemaking: deploying new and convergent media to redefine a model for Pakistan’s cinema
This thesis examines the decline in Pakistani cinema during the last two decades. It examines the history of the cinema and exposes some possible, previously ignored, causes for that decline. This research led the author to ask “Can new and convergent media be helpful in reviving the Pakistani cinema?” The thesis introduces the ideas of established and emergent cinema, building on the work of Williams (1977) in discussing the ideas of dominant, residual and emergent culture. The exploration reveals two gaps in the film industry: first, the lack of training in the making of films; and, second, the change in possible production methods allowed by new and emergent technologies. The thesis addresses both of these gaps by suggesting new production paradigms which incorporate the new technology and by examining two scripts to develop methodologies for teaching. The scripts are produced into films as the practice section of the research. The first film, creative element 1, is developed using some of the new tehnologies, students as crew and the available resources of an educational establishment to test the methodologies that have been derived. The outcomes of the creative element 1 laid the foundation of the second film, creative element 2. It is shot on mobile phones and distributed from Pakistan through Vimeo with a negligible budget. The social networks helped to arrange equipment and locations and allowed extreme freedom to the filmmaker

Kata Kunci: Kepailitan, Itikad baik, PT Phasco ABSTRACT The stress of the business world causes a company to find it difficult to meet debt repayment obligations so that it can cause debtors to file bankruptcy applications against themselves. Bankruptcy Law in Indonesia has a purpose, one of which is to provide protection to debtors in good faith from their creditors. But in reality, not all debtors have good faith. There are debtors who are really unable to carry out their payment obligations, but there are also those who "pretend" to be unable to pay off their obligations and take advantage of the existing crisis conditions to escape their responsibilities. This also happened to the bankruptcy case of PT Phasco which was considered by the majority of creditors as a trick not to settle its obligations. The part of the Bankruptcy Law and PKPU which specifically regulates the protection of creditors from debtors with bad intentions in settling their debts is not contained in any provisions of the Bankruptcy Law and PKPU. Sections that are protected in the Bankruptcy Law and PKPU are made only for situations where bankruptcy and PKPU have occurred or are in progress, so that it seems more as a repressive protection measure and not a preventive protection measure against creditors. The main weakness of the Bankruptcy Law and PKPU which is often exploited by debtors with bad intentions is the ease in fulfilling the requirements to file bankruptcy applications and PKPU against debtors. So that if the requirements for filing for bankruptcy and the PKPU are revised to be not as easy and not as simple as the existing provisions, the efforts of debtors with bad intentions who think about taking advantage of the bankruptcy institution can be prevented. Through normative juridical research, the author examines the implementation of the Bankruptcy Act and PKPU in the field, where there is often a mismatch between the desired or expected situation and the reality on the ground. Keywords: Bankruptcy, good faith, PT PhascoDAFTAR PUSTAKAA.
