Testing of tomato hybrids of the breeding of the company "Gavrish" in JSC "Teplichnoye" of the Tambov region
No full textRelevance Currently, the requirements for modern tomato hybrids are increasing both from consumers and from producers. Modern tomato hybrids in extended circulation should yield at least 60 kg / m2, be distinguished by high quality of fruits, early ripeness, possess manufacturability, resistance to major diseases. Along with the traditional form of fruits, hybrids with original shape, color, taste and aroma are interesting for manufacturers. Methods The aim of the research was the variety study of indeterminant F1 hybrids of tomato breeding of the company "Gavrish" in JSC "Teplichnoye" of the Tambov region. Studies were conducted in 2017-2018 in the extended and summer-autumn turnover in the conditions of JSC "Teplichnoye" of the Tambov region in accordance with generally accepted recommendations for research with vegetable crops in greenhouses. The objects of the study in extended circulation were tomato hybrids: F1 Bao Bab, F1 Baloven, the F1 Torero hybrid was taken as a control. In the summerautumn turnover, a study was made of the rose hybrid – F1 Panthera; the Rosario F1 hybrid was used as a control; a hybrid with a plum-shaped fruit – F1 Armata, control – a hybrid F1 Lezghinka. Results According to the results of the study of tomato hybrids, the selection of the Gavrish company at the enterprise made the decision to grow it in extended circulation and increase the area under F1 Baloven, in the summer-autumn turnover under the F1 Panthera hybrid
Efficiency of the use for doubled haploids in onion breeding (<i>Allium cepa</i> L.)
No full textRelevance. In onion breeding, quickly obtain aligned material is an urgent target for create parent forms of heterosis hybrids. Using classical methods with helping of backcrosses, this is achieved in 10-12 years. Using the technology of doubled haploids, it is possible to reduce these terms several times, and also to avoid the manifestation of inbred depression when obtaining lines by self-pollination. At the same time, the most effective in the production of haploids is the use of whole flower buds as an explant, unlike ovules and ovaries, the production of which is more time-consuming and labor-intensive.Methods. The doubled onion haploids were obtained by the method of ovule culture on the basis of the biotechnology laboratory of the Gavrish Breeding Center using the technology that based on the methodological recommendations of Monakhos S.G. et al., 2014. DH–onion plants with a developed root system and leaf apparatus were planted in the open ground and grown according to the technology generally accepted for the zone at the sites of the Gavrish breeding center, Krymsk, Krasnodar Territory. The obtained commercial bulbs were evaluated according to the RTG/46/2 method.Results. It was obtain doubled haploids, which were tested for ploidness by flow cytometry. 40 digaploid onion plants have been created. As a result of further development after transplantation into the open ground, storage, springization and selection, 3 uterine bulbs were obtained for further reproduction and inclusion in the breeding process

by an adaptive physical culture and medical-biology preparation of South Ural State University (Chelyabinsk) ( 8-351-267-99-23).Изучены параметры вариабельности сердечного ритма (ВСР) у 315 клинически здоровых квалифицированных спортсменов в возрасте 19,68 ± 0,74 лет, из которых юношей 180 (57 %) и 135 девушек (43 %), разделенных в зависимости от оценки показателя Health и результата фармакологической ингаляционной пробы с селективным р2-агонистом короткого действия. Выявлены клинические и функциональные взаимосвязи у пациентов кардиологического профиля, что позволяет считать обнаруженные изменения параметров ВСР маркерами-предвестниками коронарной патологии у квалифицированных спортсменов. Vasa vasorum lumen narrowing in brain vascular hyalinosis in systemic hypertension patients who died of ischemic stroke
No full textIschemic stroke is a major cause of death among patients with systemic hypertension. The narrowing of the lumen of the brain vasculature contributes to the increased incidence of stroke. While hyalinosis represents the major pathological lesions contributing to vascular lumen narrowing and stroke, the pathogenic mechanism of brain vascular hyalinosis has not been well characterized. Thus, the present study examined the postmortem brain vasculature of human patients who died of ischemic stroke due to systemic hypertension. Hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemistry showed the occurrence of brain vascular hyalinosis with infiltrated plasma proteins along with the narrowing of the vasa vasorum and oxidative stress. Transmission electron microscopy revealed endothelial cell bulge protrusion into the vasa vasorum lumen and the occurrence of endocytosis in the vasa vasorum endothelium. The treatment of cultured microvascular endothelial cells with adrenaline also promoted the formation of the bulge as well as endocytic vesicles. The siRNA knockdown of sortin nexin-9 (a mediator of clathrin-mediated endocytosis) inhibited adrenaline-induced endothelial cell bulge formation. Adrenaline promoted protein-protein interactions between sortin nexin-9 and neural Wiskott–Aldrich syndrome protein (a regulator of actin polymerization). Spontaneously hypertensive stroke-prone rats also exhibited lesions indicative of brain vascular hyalinosis, the endothelial cell protrusion into the lumen of the vasa vasorum, and endocytosis in vasa vasorum endothelial cells. We propose that endocytosis-dependent endothelial cell bulge protrusion narrows the vasa vasorum, resulting in ischemic oxidative damage to cerebral vessels, the formation of hyalinosis, the occurrence of ischemic stroke, and death in systemic hypertension patients

No full textTato práce si bere za cíl prozkoumat sociální postavení lidí s duševními poruchami v povídce a následně vydaném románu Daniela Keyese Růže pro Algernon (1959, 1966). Zmíněné téma je stále aktuální, neboť i teď si moderní společnost není zcela jista, jak by měla přistupovat k lidem s duševní poruchou, a umožnit jim tak stabilní sociální postavení. Teoretická část se zabývá dějinami duševních poruch a jejich klasifikací, a nechybí v ní ani příklady dalších literárních děl, v nichž se objevuje podobné téma. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na zkoumání textu samotného románu a pro lepší pochopení dané problematiky se zde také analyzuje struktura, lexika, gramatika a syntax románu. Výsledky výzkumu této práce jsou uvedeny v závěru.The aim of this thesis is investigation of social standing of people with mental disorders in society using the example of Daniel Keyes's novel and short story Flowers for Algernon (1966, 1959). This subject matter is important to the modern society owing to the existence of people with the mental disorder who are not stable in their social position, as society is not sure how to treat this problem. The theoretical part deals with history of mental disorder, its classification and other examples of literary works on the corresponding subjects. The main body is focused on exploration of the text of the novel itself. No full textThe important condition for solving problems of unethical behavior of the subjects of the pharmaceutical market is introduction the Ethics Code of Pharmacists of Ukraine into the practical activity. The article presents the results of a questionnaire survey of employees in the pharmaceutical sector of health care in order to identify the current trends related to introduction problems and mechanism of functioning of the Code. The analysis of normative legal acts that regulate implementation of the Code has been determined the aspects leading to the inefficient functioning of the Ethics Code of Pharmacists of Ukraine. Based on the research findings the main problems of introduction and functioning of the Code have been found, and the priority steps for introduction of the Ethics Code of Pharmacists of Ukraine into the practical activity have been identified.Важным условием решения проблем неэтичного поведения субъектов фармацевтического рынка является внедрение в практическую деятельность Этического кодекса фармацевтических работников Украины. В статье представлены результаты анкетного опроса работников фармацевтического сектора отрасли здравоохранения с целью выявления современных тенденций, касающихся проблем внедрения и механизма функционирования Этического коде са. В ходе анализа нормативно-правовых актов, регулирующих имплементацию кодекса, установлены аспекты, которые приводят к его неэффективному функционированию. По результатам исследований выявлены основные проблемы внедрения и функционирования кодекса, а также определены первоочередные шаги для его внедрения в практическую деятельность.Важливою умовою вирішення проблем неетичної поведінки суб’єктів фармацевтичного ринку є введення у практичну діяльність Етичного кодексу фармацевтичних працівників України.У статі наведено результати анкетного опитування працівників фармацевтичного секторагалузі охорони здоров’я з метою з’ясування сучасних тенденцій щодо проблем упровадження та механізму функціонування етичного кодексу. The arions generation by magnetodipole waves of pulsars and magnetars in a constant magnetic field
No full textThe influence of the gravitational fields of pulsars and magnetars on the
arion emission during the propagation of magnetodipole waves in a constant
magnetic field has been evaluated.
The solution of the equation was obtained and the flux of arions emitted by
magnetodipole waves during their propagation in a constant magnetic field was
found. It is shown that the amplitude of the born arion wave at a distance from
the source of magnetodipole radiation of a pulsar or magnetar in
the considered case tends to a constant value. The intensity of the arion
emission in the solid angle element and the amount of arion energy
, emitted in all directions per unit time grow quadratically with
increasing distance, traveled by the magnetodipole radiation of a pulsar or
magnetar in a constant magnetic field.
Such growth of the energy of the born arion wave is due to the fact that in
the considered problem constant magnetic field is defined in the whole space.
In reality, the galactic and intergalactic magnetic fields can be represented
in this form only in regions of space of finite dimensions, outside of which
the force lines of their induction vector are curved. Therefore, it is possible
to apply these results only in a region of space for which , where is the coherence length, the distance at which
the force lines of the induction vector can be considered as straight lines. An
estimate for the value of the coupling constant of photons with arions is
obtained
