Diversity of soil fungi in the vineyards of Changli region in China
This study aimed to elucidate the fungal diversity in Changli vineyard soil in China.
High-throughput sequencing technology was used to investigate the diversity and composition of soil fungi in five vineyards at different geographical locations of Changli. Although the five vineyards had similar fungal communities, diversity, the composition and distribution of high-abundance species differed. Ascomycota, Basidiomycota and Mortierellomycota were the dominant phyla. Among the14 high-abundance genera of fungi, Odiodendron, Pleotrichocladium and Plectosephalella were rarely reported in other vineyards and are the unique species from Changli region. In addition, Solicoccozyma aeria and Solicoccozyma terrea were the dominant species in five vineyards and were rarely reported in domestic vineyards. Additionally, Rhizophagus, Wardomyces, Mortierella, Volutella and Cryptococcus were significantly different in the five vineyard soils. Among these species, Mortierella was highly abundant in each vineyard, but its contents were significantly different across vineyards. These findings enriched the information on the composition and diversity of soil fungi in the vineyard of Changli region, which helped to explore the regional or distinctive sensorial attributes of wine from the perspective of microbial biogeography. The presentation of the authors' names and (or) special characters in the title of the pdf file of the accepted manuscript may differ slightly from what is displayed on the item page. A New Historicist Study of the Bluest Eye
Abstract: This paper analyzes Toni Morrison’s debut novel The Bluest Eye with the theory of New Historicism. From the perspective of “text history”, the novel reproduces the plight of African Americans and participates in the reconstruction of history. From the perspective of “historical textuality”, the novel deconstructs the official discourse, and shows the unique black culture to regain the voice of black people in the state of aphasia. The politically-oriented new historicism opens a fresh viewpoint to understand American society.

Parameterizing Unconditional Skewness in Models for Financial Time Series
In this paper we consider the third-moment structure of a class of time series models. It is often argued that the marginal distribution of financial time series such as returns is skewed. Therefore it is of importance to know what properties a model should possess if it is to accommodate unconditional skewness. We consider modeling the unconditional mean and variance using models that respond nonlinearly or asymmetrically to shocks. We investigate the implications of these models on the third-moment structure of the marginal distribution as well as conditions under which the unconditional distribution exhibits skewness and nonzero third-order autocovariance structure. In this respect, an asymmetric or nonlinear specification of the conditional mean is found to be of greater importance than the properties of the conditional variance. Several examples are discussed and, whenever possible, explicit analytical expressions provided for all third-order moments and cross-moments. Finally, we introduce a new tool, the shock impact curve, for investigating the impact of shocks on the conditional mean squared error of return series. Copyright The Author 2008.

SYSTEM UNITY OF THE STATE APPARATUS AND THE PRINCIPLE OF THE SEPARATION OF AUTHORITIES / V. S. Changli // Collection of scientific works of the series "Law". Issue 26 : Legal support of the activities of state authorities and local self-government in modern conditions. – Donetsk : SEE HPE "DAMPA", 2022. - Р. 174-184.
In this article, the author draws attention to the importance of the systemic unity of the state apparatus and the principle of separation of powers. First of all, the theoretical and historical foundations of the principle of separation of powers are considered. The author analyzes how various modern states implement the principle of separation of powers in the formation of their state apparatus. The article also deals with the system of checks and balances and its role in the state. The author focuses on the fact that the implementation of the principle of separation of powers, the system of checks and balances, as well as the high-quality work of control and supervisory bodies is very important for any state, regardless of its form of territorial structure and type of republican form of government.

A comparison between pre-trial remedies for trade mark infringements in Canada and China
This thesis reflects the author's recent five years' practice as a lawyer in the trade mark regime of the People's Republic of China, and how this regime compares with the Canadian legal approach. This thesis does not include the general topic of trade mark law; rather, it focuses on the pre-trial remedies for trade mark infringements. Two forms of the pre-trial remedy, namely Interlocutory Injunctions and Anton Piller Orders, are analysed to illustrate the essence of the common law approach in Canada, as it has been influenced by recent English law. As well, the author analyses the practices regarding pre-trial remedies for trade mark infringements in China, from both administrative and judicial perspectives. In the final chapter, feasible suggestions are posed to China in the hope that reliable and rational legal protections can be expanded there to reflect the ultimate domestic and international requirements in law that now exist
