A successful model of regional healthcare information exchange in Japan: Case Study in Kagawa Prefecture
In this study, we focused on analysis of healthcare data exchange over the network. For the advance of broadband capability development, many governments expect online medical information exchange between medical institutions. Japanese government also has tried to deploy ICT in the healthcare field. In Japan, many healthcare ICT projects started, but almost of all the projects face many issues and failed to continue. This situation caused us to clarify the success factor of healthcare information exchange network. For inspecting the success factors, we analyzed information access of healthcare systems in Kagawa prefecture of Japan. Kagawa prefecture is one of the most advance areas for healthcare information technology. We analyzed four medical ICT projects in Kagawa prefecture: K-MIX, Critical Pathway for Diabetes, E-prescription, and PHR. In addition, we inspected characteristics of exchanged data in the network, and stakeholder involved in these projects. This analysis lets us find various types of healthcare ICT projects. Characteristic of data processed in the projects caused differences of characteristic of the projects. On the other hand, multiple systems process same data, though the project does not share the data itself. Considering various types of medical information exchanges projects, we propose classification and standard format of exchanged data according to their characteristic are critical for efficient business deployment. --e-Health,regional healthcare information exchange,EHR
The Hachirogata Polder: Site Visit Report February/March 2017
This is a report on the visit of the Hachirogata polder of the author from 28 February 2017 to 2 March 2017. The land reclamation is located in the prefecture of Akita in Japan. The visit consisted of a field trip to the polder accompanied by Prof. Yasunori Kitao (Kyoto Women’s University) with interviews with local people, a visit of the polder museum, a visit to the village Ogata-Mura and the Municipal Office and an interview with Mr. Miyata, who has been mayor for thirty years of the village.Landscape Architectur
<Articles>A Study of Miyata-no-sho (宮田庄), Tanba-no-kuni (丹波国)
Much of the study so far done on Shoen (manor or manors, 庄園) is in regard to those of large temples or shrines such as Toji (東寺) and Todaiji (東大寺), and little of them in regard to those of courtiers. This means that historical sources so far found were in favor of the study for the manors of temples or shrines, but not that the study of courtiers' manors was thought to be less important. Among courtiers' monors, Miyata-no-sho (宮田庄), Tanba-no-kuni (丹波国) owned by the Konoe (近衛) family seems to afford rather comprehensive sources. Thus the author intends to describe the situation of courtiers' manors, especially that of Miyata-no-sho during the latter part of Kamakura (鎌倉) period
The Effect of Black and White Visual Contrast on Moral Judgement
The present experiment investigated the effect of black and white visual contrast on moral judgement. Participants were presented with a short text on a moral dilemma with either a black and white checkered border or a neutral gray border and were then asked to respond to a question about whether the action taken by the protagonist of the story was morally right or wrong on a 9-point scale. It was hypothesized that those in the black and white condition would record responses that deviated farther from the central score of 5 on the 9-point scale; however, the results did not support this hypothesis. The results are discussed in terms of why statistical significance was not found.Supervising Instructor & Course Number:

n-Shape equivalence and triads
This paper concerns the shape theory for triads of spaces which was intoduced by the author. More precisely, in the forst part, the shape dimension for triads of spaces (X; X0, X1) is introduced, and its upper and lower bounds are given in terms of the shape dimension of X0, X1, X0 ∩ X1 and X. In the second part, a Whitehead type theorem for triad of spaces and a Mayer-Vietoris type theorem concerning n-shape equivalence are obtained

これまでにわれわれはCAI(Computer Assisted Instruction)を1. 8KJ00007415040
