This paper presents on the background of Integrative Supervision central theories of social psychology as role theory, theory of role conflicts, identity, attribution and control theory, and their relevance for clinical and psychosocial supervision. This body of knowledge is indispensable to serious and well grounded supervisory practice, however amazingly these theories are not received in the German supervision literature (the integrative orientation exempted) and cannot be traced in supervisory practice reports, which means: they are not used and apparently seem not to be known. Where they occasionally do appear, e.g. the role and the identity concept, it can unfortunately be seen that there is no solid reference concerning the use of specific theories and research. The apparent lack of information or even the ignorance of a broad field among the supervisors, a group that is – on the other hand – attributing to itself expertise and expertness for social issues, requires urgently an intensive discourse with these basic theories of social psychology here briefly presented – for the sake of serious supervisory practice.https://www.fpi-publikation.de/supervision/12-2005-heuring-monika-petzold-h-g-rollentheorien-rollenkonflikte-identitaet-attributionen/peerReviewedpublishedVersio

The relatedness of emotion and cognition is for every model of action, for the practice of psychosocial intervention – psycho- and sociotherapy – of outmost importance, e.g. for psychosocial supervision, counseling, leadership, management. It is a difficult relation, full of considerable problems for theory and practice. Three approaches to face these problems are presented: „emotional intelligence“ (Goleman), „reflexive sensitivity“ (Dreitzel), „sensitive reflexivity“ (Petzold). Their conceptual and practical relevance for therapy, supervision, coaching, leadership, for a „reflexive management“ are reflected and evaluated.https://www.fpi-publikation.de/polyloge/18-2007-heuring-m-petzold-h-g-emotion-kognition-supervision/peerReviewedpublishedVersio

Final Death of the Author: Creativity in the Age of Information Society

No kako onda razumjeti kreativnost danas, kada je naša individualna svijest proširena elektronskim medijima i telemetrijski uključena u “globalni mozak”? If we assume that creativity is a result of the inner dialogue of creative individual (author), during which he creates an improbable combination of elements (i.e. new information), how can we comprehend creativity today, after we technologically extended our individual consciousness and connected it into a “global brain” via telematics? Prevalence of information and communications technology enables us to create more new information than ever, and allows us to store it in artificial memory, where it could be reused by almost anyone. In the age of ICT, author seems to be superfluous and the inner dialogue has been replaced by interpersonal dialogue. Taken into consideration Vilém Flusser’s and Marshall McLuhan’s theory of media, I will try to problematize new paradigm of creativity, as it is disclosing in information society
