Islam dan Toleransi Beragama dalam Masyarakat Muslim Kanayatn Dayak di Kalimantan Barat
The object of this study is Islam in Dayak communities; a subject that is rarely being studied. It tries to expose some interesting facts about Islam in these isolated communities. Many have hitherto thought that the Dayak communities are primitive with no particular affiliation to any formal religion. This paper tries to show the reverse. The truth is that these communities do even have reasonably developed view of Islam especially that which has to do the problem of tolerance and social life. The basic premise that this paper adopts is that a practice is form of paradigm; the way a particular society performs social life reflects their orientation of religious understanding. Hence, although the Dayak communities do not have paradigmatic understanding of Islam—in the strictest sense of the word—they do nonetheless have a practical discourse that emerge out of their unique and perhaps simple understanding of their religion. Relevant to the study of this object is the issue of community identity and how this issue is related to the religious identity. Hence, the paper is interested in exposing the tension between the two identities in the context of the Dayak communities in West Kalimantan
ISLAM AND LOCAL CULTURE IN INDONESIA
Muslims believe that their religion is universal, suitable to all places and time. Consequently, in practice, Islam can be adapted to various situations and conditions. Therefore, the diversity in Islam is inevitable. Diversity is especially related to aspects of interpretation and religious branches, not things that are principle. This article is about the relationship between Islam and local culture. As recognized by many experts, Islam in Indonesia was spread by peaceful means. Local elements were used in the process of Islamization. As a result, Islam could be accepted by most of society of Indonesia. Islam expressed here shows a distinctive face. Islam can live hand in hand with local culture, especially the culture that is not incompatible with Islam.

Khalfīyat wa taḥaddīyāt al-aqalīyah al-muslimah al-Ṣīnīyah fi Pontianak
Chinese Indonesians are not homogeneous community. Study of the Chinese is also important to understand not only their presence in Indonesia but also religious life. This article seeks to shed light on Indonesia’s Chinese Muslims in Pontianak City. It explains the reasons that led the Chinese Indonesians to convert to Islam and the challenges they face. Several important reasons behind their conversion, among others, are intellectuality, morality, social relations, and mysticism. In contrast with conversion to other religions, a Chinese Indonesians conversion to Islam is such problematic. This is mainly due to the negative stereotype against Muslims. It has also been worsened by the behavior of religious fanaticism of some Muslims under the banner of fundamentalism. Thus, those who are converting to Islam, to some extent, have experienced various challenges such as rejection from family members as well as their original community, and some of them also receive death threats. Closed Wedge Osteotomy Proksimal Tibia dan Fiksasi dengan Tension Band Wiring pada Penyakit Blount Bilateral yang Berat; Laporan Kasus Anak Laki-Laki Umur 7 Tahun
Laporan kasus pengobatan kasus penyakit Blount bilateral yang berat pada anak laki laki umur 7 tahun dengan closed wedge osteotomy tibialis proksimal dan fiksasi dengan tension band wiring (TBW). Anak dengan deformitas genu varum bilateral progresif, berat, sulit berjalan, dan nyeri lutut. Radiografi terlihat sudut metaphyseal-diaphyseal (MD) 33° di sisi kanan dan 46° di sisi kiri, dan dikategorikan sebagai Langenskiöld stadium V bilateral. Koreksi dengan closed wedge osteotomy tibialis proksimal bilateral dan fiksasi dengan menggunakan tension band wiring secara bertahap, dimulai tungkai kiri, dan 3 bulan kemudian pada tungkai kanan. Pasca operasi, dilakukan pemasangan gips atas lutut enam minggu, mobilisasi bertahap dan fisioterapi. Setelah 6 bulan, deformitas genu varum berkurang dan anak berjalan mendekati normal. Radiografi terlihat penyatuan tulang yang baik pada bekas osteotomi dan perbaikan sudut MD hingga 9° bilateral. Tehnik closed wedge osteotomy dan fiksasi dengan TBW dapat dilakukan untuk koreksi deformitas varus yang berat,sekaligus stabilisasi yang baik dan mobilisasi pada anak lebih awal. Tehnik ini dapat dianggap sebagai metode fiksasi alternatif pada kasus penyakit Blount yang berat, khususnya pada fasilitas dengan sumber daya yang terbatas, di mana implan yang lebih mahal dan lebih komplek mungkin tidak tersedia
Ekonomi Syariah : Bergerak Menuju Kapitalisme Religius ?
The economic system is a fundamental element that determines the economic performance of a country. Various forms of economic systems that have ever existed, including large economic systems such as capitalism, socialism adopted by various countries have become a guide and foundation for the country's economic policies. Then the emergence of a complementary thought discourse on an economic system based on religious values with theological arguments that Islam is a divine religion based on revelation (the Qur'an) functions to guide human life both socially, politically, and economically. the scarcity of literature that explains the values of philosophy, institutions, principles, norms, and values of Islamic economic law.
The author uses a literature study method or literature study by examining the literacy of opinions, ideas from thinkers and experts on classical, contemporary, and sharia modern economic systems such as Adam Smith, Lester Thurow, Max Weber, Adi Warman Karim, Fazlurrahman, Umar Chapra, Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi, Ibn Khaldun, Ibn Taymiyah Mubyarto. Furthermore, notes on the normativism of the Islamic economic system are important because they are related to the desired religious capitalism. Then, some of the arguments for religious capitalism are presented by looking at philosophical factors, historical-aspirational factors, and also factors that can be called futuristic.
In the philosophical study, the author concludes that Islamic economic religious capitalism is a form of the dialectical process of the earth system and the sky system. Harmonization of rationalism and spiritualism. The futuristic discussion shows that Islamic economic religious capitalism can be the end of history. But that does not necessarily stop the social challenges that arise. Capitalism itself is still undergoing changes, and shocks. The religious capitalism of Islamic economics is to see how Islamic economics will undergo a metamorphosis for the people of Indonesia, although there is no harm in advancing it as a futuristic study, as a future global economic system because it is claimed to carry universal values.
 
Religious Practices and Local Magic of Inland Malay Society in West Kalimantan
Belief and practice as part of culture which exists in society is the result of a dynamic process that is growing and developing, and affected by both internal and external aspects of the society. All of this is a manifestation of a continuity of the treasures of humanity. Derivation and transfer of a culture toward forming a new more complex culture is natural and inevitable. There is no culture and civilization in the world built without relationship and interchange with other cultures and civilizations. It is also the case with the religious life of the rural community in West Kalimantan which is the subject of the study in this article. This continuity shows that local communities have a vibrant culture passed down from one generation to the next. The existence of tradition heritage recorded in magic called ilmu in inland Islamic societies of West Kalimantan shows that their peaceful process of accepting Islam since its spread, to a certain extent, accommodates local culture. The dialectic process of Islam and local culture serves as an example of religious acceptance in a massive fashion in a region far away from the coastal area
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN TINEA IMBRIKATA DI DESA PONGKAL KECAMATAN SOKAN KABUPATEN MELAWI PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT
Tinea imbrikata varian dari Tinea korporis yang disebabkan oleh Trichophyton sp, merupakan pnyakit jamur kulit (dermatofitosis) kronis yang sering kambuh. Melawi adalah 108 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Tinea imbrikata di desa Teluk Pongkal Kecamatan Sokan Kabupaten Melawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Analitik dengan pendekatan Case control. kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Desa Teluk Pongkal sebanyak 108 orang. dan kntrol adalah penduduk desa Sepakat sebanyak 707 orang, kemudian sampel diambil sebanyak 67 orang untuk masing-masing kelompok menggunakan metode alokasi sebanding. Analisis data menggunakan uji Landa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penderita Tinea imbrikata berhubungan dengan personal hygiene buruk dengan OR=8,147(95%C1:3,746-17,719), p=0,00001, dan c-0,478, penderita Tinea imbrikata berhubungan dengan kesehatan perumahan buruk dengan OR=6.982 (95%CI:3,256-14,971), p=0,00001, dan c=0,448, penderita Tinea imbrikata berhubungan dengan tingkat pengetahuan buruk dengan OR=5,711 (95%CI: 2,694-12,109), p=0,00001, dan c=0,403, penderita Tinea imbrikata berhubungan dengan jenis pekerjaan berisiko dengan OR=4,97, (95%CI:1,713-7,227), p=0,002, dan c=0,00299. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kejadian Tinea imbrikata di Desa Teluk Pongkal Kecamatan Sokan Kabupaten Melawi berhubungan dengasn personal hygiene, kesehatan perumahan, tingkat pengetahuan, tingkat sosial ekonomi, dan jenis pekerjaan.

Praktik makelar jual beli mobil bekas di Showroom Dira Motor Palangka Raya (perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah )
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh jual beli mobil bekas melalui jasa makelar yang mulai marak dimasyarakat yang mana dalam hal ini di Showroom Dira Motor Palangka Raya, namun dalam praktiknya makelar sering kali tidak transparan dalam menyampaikan informasi dan memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen seperti tidak bersikap adil kepada konsumen, tidak jujur, dan tidak memberikan kemanfaatan kepada konsumen sehingga konsumen merasa perlunya perlindungan yang diberikan oleh makelar. Oleh karena itu perlunya sebuah penelitian terhadap permasalahan tersebut khususnya mengenai 1) Praktik makelar jual beli mobil bekas di showroom Dira Motor Palangka Raya 2) Praktik Makelar jual beli mobil bekas di showroom Dira MotorPalangka Raya perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, metode pengumpulan datanya dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi mengenai praktik makelar jual beli mobil bekas di showroom Dira Motor. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang Makelar dengan tambahan 2 informan dari Showroom Dira Motor dan konsumen. Untuk pengabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber dan kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan collection, reduction, display dan conclusions.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang melatar belakangi menggunakan jasa makelar adalah profesi dapat dijadikan sebagai profesi sampingan, adanya keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki sehingga tidak dapat langsung melakukan transaksi dan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki keterbatasan kemampuan dalam bidang alat transportasi. Dalam bentuk praktiknya Hi dan RH menerapkan transparansi yang berasaskan keadilan, kejujuran, keridhaan dan kemanfaatan penggunaan jasa makelar. Dari praktik makelar telah memenuhi terbentuknya akad wakalah serta menerapkan transparansi yang menimbulkan kemaslahatan bagi pihak yang terlibat dalam transaksi mobil bekas di Showroom Dira Motor Palangka Raya sehingga praktik makelar yang diterapkan Hi dan RH diperbolehkan dalam Hukum Ekonomi Syariah. Sedangkan AJ dalam praktiknya berperan sebagai jembatan penghubung dengan memberikan informasi dengan melebih lebihkan informasi dan tidak ada memberikan pertanggung jawaban.
ABSTRACT
This research is conducted with background is trading used cars through broker services that start to bloom in the community where in this case is in Dira Motor Showroom Palangkaraya, but in practice the broker is often not transparent in conveying information and provide services to consumers such as not being fair to consumers , dishonest, and does not provide benefits to consumers because of that consumers feel the importance for protection provided by the broker. Therefore, there is need a study of these issues, especially about 1) the practice of trading used brokers in the Dira Showroom Motor Palangka Raya 2) The practice of trading used cars in the Dira Motor showroom Palangka Raya in perspective of Islamic Economic Law.
This research is a field research, using descriptive qualitative method, the method of data collection by observation, interview and documentation about the practice of trading used car at Dira Motor showroom. Subjects in this study are 3 people broker with additional 2 informants from Dira Motor Showroom and consumer. For the data validation used is the triangulation source technique and then analyzed through the stages of collection, reduction, display and conclusions.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the background using the services of brokers is a profession can be used as a side profession, the existence of time limitation which cause can not directly conduct transactions and human resources who have limited ability in the field of transportation. In the form of practice Hi and RH apply transparency based on justice, honesty, pleasure and usefulness of the use of broker services. From the practice of broker has fulfilled the formation of wakalah contract and applyed transparency which cause in the benefit for the parties whose involved in used car transaction in Dira Motor Showroom Palangka Raya so that the broker practice applied by Hi and RH is allowed in Islamic Economic Law. KONSTRUKSI MUTAN PROTEIN FOSFATASE ptc2D Saccharomyces cerevisiae DENGAN METODE PENGGANTIAN GEN TARGET DENGAN POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION (PCR)
Yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae is an excellent model to studi genes function of eukarotic cells such as study of gene encoding protein phosphatase PTC2. Novel phenotypic caused by mutated gene is an important step to study function of gene. In this study constructed mutant of PTC2 gene encoding protein phosphatase. Method that used in this construction was replacement of target gene (PTC2) with auxotroph marker Candida albicans HIS3 by Polymer Chain Reaction (PCR) or called by PCR-mediated disruption. Mutant colonies which grew in selective medium SC without histidine were confirmed by PCR amplification. By using 1% Agarose gel electrophoresis the result showed that size of ptc2D::CgHIS3 transformant was 3.52 kb while wild type strain was 2.9 kb, indicated thatptc2D::CgHIS3 has integrated on chromosome V replacing PTC2 wild type.</jats:p

Is the intellectual factor including into assessment of creteria ? or are there any other requirements must be fulfilled by the participant?, why does media seems more enthusiastic to published and broadcasts this activity?. From all the questions, the writer wishes to analyse, is the taking part of women in this contest and the enthusiastic of media to published and broadcasts this activity is an exploitation of media toward woman? The analaysis showed that the international, national and local beauty contests is an exploitation of media toward woman.</jats:p
