    JGT Retail is one of the companies engaged in retail located in the DKI Jakarta area. The problem that is often faced is related to the accuracy of the data on the recording of stock of goods in the system with the actual stock of goods. The improvement system is carried out by implementing a warehousing management system by designing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for stock-taking activities. The proposal to make a stock-taking SOP is carried out in a period of every week. The accuracy of stock data between the system and the actual before the SOP Stock Opname was 85%. After the weekly stock-taking activity, the average accuracy of stock data between the system and the actuality increased to 97.7%.Ritel JGT merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang ritel berlokasi di area DKI Jakarta. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapai terkait dengan keakuratan data pencatatan stock barang di sistem dengan stock aktual barang.hal tersebut mempengaruhi performa dari perusahaan tersebut. Sistem perbaikan dilakukan dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen pergudangan dengan merancang sebuah Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) untuk kegiatan stock opname. Usulan pembuatan SOP stock opname ini dilakukan dalam periode setiap minggu. Tingkat keakuratan data stock barang antara sistem dengan aktual sebelum adanya SOP Stock Opname sebesar 85%. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan stock opname mingguan didapatkan rata-rata keakuratan data stock antara sistem dengan aktual meningkat menjadi 97,7%

    Puskesmas as a health service center has two functions, namely the function of general services and the function of clinical or medical services. Indications of service at the puskesmas can be reflected in the patient's perception of the health services received. Puskesmas Seroja Bekasi has 27 health experts and eight employees in the administrative field. The problem to be studied is about the level of patient satisfaction at the Seroja Health Center and proving the satisfactionlevel of the Seroja Health Center patient or patient dissatisfaction with the influence of the services provided by the Puskesmas. The method used in this study is a service quality approach to see a picture of patient satisfaction with health services, so that it can be seen the elements that are maintained and improved by the Seroja Health Center and can further improve the quality of its services. From the research results, the gap value (the gap between the reality value and the expected value) for thetangible dimension is (-0.52), the responsiveness dimension is (-0.7), the reliability dimension is (-0.54), the assurance dimension is (-0.54) -0.79), and the empathy dimension is (-0.55)

    CV. Fafa Mandiri is one of the small and medium-sized business companies engaged in the business of making and selling hanging shoe racks located in Aren Jaya Village, Bekasi City. The number of companies engaged in the sale of hanging shoe racks continues to emerge, forcing the management of CV. Fafa MAndiri to continue to innovate for the sustainability of its business. In addition to continuing to maintain good quality, management strives to increase sales of its products from the marketing side. This research was conducted to provide new business strategies for CVs. Fafa Mandiri on the sale of hanging shoe racks. The analysis selected in this study was carried out using the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) method and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method.     UKM Tahu Tambun Selatan is one of the tofu producers located in Bekasi Regency, West Java. UKM Tahu Tambun Selatan produces three types of tofu, namely, cut tofu, jambe tofu, and also fried tofu. During the period from May 2021 to April 2022, it was found that sales of tofu type cut are the least among all other types of tofu. Therefore, UKM Tahu Tambun Selatan wants to change its marketing strategy to increase sales, especially sales of cut tofu type. The process of preparing marketing strategies is carried out using the SWOT method (strength, weakness, oppurtunity, threats) and also the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The results of this study provide five alternative strategies that can be applied by companies, including product marketing carried out using social media, selling even more economical product prices, producing tofu without using chemicals, establishing good cooperation with customer, and create an even more commercial product name to reach a wider market

    The number of defective products produced by the company in a production process is minimized to avoid the costs incurred as a result of the emergence of the defective product. The likelihood of defects in the production process of the product barcode labels at CV. Speedy Printing are increasingly rising. Types of defective products was also different. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of defects that often occur in the production, set in the company’s quality control system, determine the measure of success is the quality control system in the process of its implementation in the enterprise, and achieving his measure of success. Design of quality control system should be able to include the information needed to reduce the occurrence of defects in the product. The method that used to design the control system on the quality of this production is to use Statistical Quality Control (SQC) with seven tools : checksheet, stratifikasi, histogram, scater plot, pareto chart, control chart P, and fishbone diagram. Based on the processing of the data showed that the implementation of the quality control system is able to reduce product defects
