He is the author of Noise: a Human History of Sound and Listening, which was also a BBC Radio 4 documentary series. He is currently working on a new, authorized history of the BBC, which will be published for the BBC's Centenary in 2022. He is also the Principal Investigator on a five-year project, Connected Histories of the BBC, which involves bringing the BBC's own oral history archive into the public realm ..

Full text linkNotes - In this document, written in 1994, Eileen Hendy gives a brief history of the Athabasca Chamber of Commerce; which was formed as The Athabasca Landing Board of Trade on October 18, 1908. In 1930 The Board of Trade became affiliated with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. The Board was later renamed The Athabasca and District Chamber of Commerce. The Board was active in pursuing many new developments in the Athabasca area, such as the railway, new roads, new business and industry development, communication, agriculture, and new signage for the area. (E) Isi : Istilah Contempt of Court di Indonesia pertama kali ditemukan dalam penjelasan umum Undang Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 1985 Tentang Mahkamah Agung Butir 4 Alinea ke-4. Contempt of Court diterjemahkan sebagai tindak pidana yang dapat menjatuhkan martabat dan wibawa peradilan. Adapun permasalahan yang diteliti adalah bagaimana dasar untuk menentukan suatu perbuatan yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai tindakan contempt of court dan apakah dasar pertimbangan Hakim yang menentukan perbuatan Terdakwa memenuhi pasal 170 KUHP sebagai tindak pidana contempt of court? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan didukung wawancara. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerusuhan yang terjadi di Pengadilan Negeri Temanggung yang disebabkan oleh ketidakpuasan masyarakat terhadap putusan Majelis Hakim. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya peraturan khusus yang mengatur mengenai contempt of court dan perlunya pendidikan tentang kesadaran hukum bagi masyarakat luas.
