Analysis Of Internal Factors Affecting the Net Interest Margin of Conventional National Private Banks
This study analyses the influence of size, capital adequacy ratio, Operating Costs and Operating Income, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Loan to Asset Ratio on the Net Interest Margin of Conventional National Private Banks. The sample in this study is 37 conventional national private banks based on Indonesia Banking Statistics 2021. Data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data during 2012-2021. The results of the study found that size has a significant negative effect on Net Interest Margin. The capital adequacy ratio has a significant positive impact on Net Interest Margin. Operating Expenses and Operating Income have an insignificant effect on Net Interest Margin. Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant positive impact on Net Interest Margin. Loan to Asset Ratio has a significant positive effect on Net Interest Margin
MODEL PENINGKATAN KINERJA SISTEM LOGISTIK YANG EFEKTIF DAN EFISIEN
Salah satu dampak globalisasi yang kemudian diikuti dengan berbagai perjanjian perdagangan bebas yang diterapkan di suatu kawasan mendorong persaingan dalam berbagai industri menjadi semakin ketat. Di kawasan ASEAN, implementasi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) memicu perlunya peningkatan kemampuan daya saing industri dalam negeri melalui peningkatan kinerja sistem logistiknya. Suatu model pengukuran peningkatan kinerja sistem logistik dirancang sebagai alat evaluasi bagi perusahaan komponen otomotif di Indonesia, untuk meningkatkan kinerja logistiknya sehingga mampu bersaing dalam konteks pasar bebas. Perancangan model pengukuran peningkatan kinerja sistem logistik ini berbasis pada perspektif Logistics Scorecard, dan terbagi dalam dua tahap: mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis rantai pasok-logistik untuk mendapatkan KPI, dan menyusun model pengukuran peningkatan kinerja sistem logistik. Terdapat 23 KPI menurut lima perspektif Logistics Scorecard. Penerapan model menghasilkan skor rata-rata kinerja logistik yang tergolong cukup baik dengan beberapa indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan. Hal ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam penentuan kebijakan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja sistem logistik yang efektif dan efisien yang berdaya saing tinggi
PENGARUH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PELANGGAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN SMARTFREN
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer experience and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty to Smartfren. The theory used in this study refers to the opinion of Sheth (Harumi, 2016: 118), which states that, "Customer loyalty is a customer\u27s commitment to a brand, store or supplier, based on a very positive attitude and is reflected in consistent repeat purchases. Loyal customers are individuals who make repeat purchases from the same company, telling other potential customers through word of mouth. This research was conducted using quantitative methods through the distribution of questionnaires. The population was 60,000 members of Smartfren Community with a sample of 140 respondents. The results of the F-test conducted using SPSS version 26.0 show that Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction variables simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. This is evidenced by the fcount value of 78.202, which is greater than the ftable value of 3.06. The positive and significant effect is also evidenced by the value of the determinant of the coefficient of 53.3%
PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN PROMOSI PADA MARKETPLACE SHOPEE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI SHOPEE (STUDI KASUS PADA KARYAWAN BNI DIVISI CONTACT CENTER SUDIRMAN JAKARTA
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality and Promotion on Purchase Decisions. The theory used in this study refers to the opinion of Kotler (2009: 188) which states that purchase decisions are consumers\u27willingness to buy a product or not. This research was conducted using quantitative methods through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample consisted of 56 respondents who were selected from a population of 56 individuals using the saturated sampling method. The results of data analysis using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 show that partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 63.5%, and promotions also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 36.5%. The F test proves that the Product Quality and Promotion variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with an fcount value of 48.75, greater than ftable (3.17). In addition, the positive and significant influence can also be seen from the value of the determinant coefficient, i.e. 64.8%, with the remaining 35.2% influenced by other variables not examined in this stud

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and brand image on shopee product purchasing decisionsduring the pandemic in Harapan Indah Bekasi, jl. Garuda jaya. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population of this research is residents in Harapan Indah Bekasi, jl. Garuda jaya. The sampling technique inthis research is non-probability sampling with population sampling method. The sample is 36 samples. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics software version 20. The results showed that the Promotion has an influence on the Purchase Decision by 63.2%. Brand Image has aninfluence of 75.4% on the Purchase Decision. Promotion and Brand Image affect the purchasing decision variables simultaneously with a value of 77.3% of which 22.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study

Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Inventory Pergudangan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Operasional di PT. YCH Indonesia
This study is carried out at PT.YCH Indonesia. The objective of this study is to analyze significance of influence of warehouse information system to performance of operational department’s employee at PT. YCH Indonesia. This study used quantitative research method by giving questionnaires to 71 respondents, computation and data analysis used SPSS progam version 16. From the data processing found a correlation value of 0.724, thereby it can be concluded that a correlation between inventory information system variable (X) toward employee performance (Y) has strong correlation. Result of R square (R2) value of 0.569 or in the amount of 56.9%, therefore it can be said that inventory information system variable has the influence in the amount of 56.9% and the remaining of 43.1% is another influence not subject to research. Result of test identified that t count is in the amount of 9.543, therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because tcount 9.543 > ttable 1.667 and can be said that inventory information system has significant influence to customer’s satisfaction. Result of test identified that tcount 4.592 thereby H0 is rejected and Ha accepted because tcount 4.592 > ttable 1.673 and significance 0.000 < 0.1, and can be said that warehouse inventory information system has significant influence to employee performance
ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN PRODUK EMAS BATANGAN PT PEGADAIAN GALERI 24 REGIONAL JAKARTA
PT Pegadaian Galeri Dua Empat or Galeri 24 is a subsidiary of PT Pegadaian (Persero) SOE, which is engaged in the retail business of buying and selling gold bar and has more than 9 branches in Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing strategies, constraints and solutions carried out by PT Pegadaian Galeri 24 Jakarta Regional in marketing gold bar products at PT Pegadaian Galeri 24 Jakarta Regional. This study used a qualitative method so that the data collection carried out was the interviews with 4 informants. The data collection was conducted in mid-June 2022. The results showed that the marketing strategy method used by PT Pegadaian Galeri 24 Jakarta Regional is the 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) which has been running effectively. However, there are still internal and external obstacles such as fraud, low service quality standards of HR, and lack of socialization and control. Therefore, PT Pegadaian Galeri 24 Jakarta Regional must evaluate and overcome obstacles in the marketing strategy of PT Pegadaian Galeri 24 Jakarta Regional for gold bar products
PENGARUH TATA LETAK GUDANG TERHADAP KELANCARAN PRODUKTIVITAS BONGKAR MUAT DI GUDANG PT. NCT
PT. NCT is a company engaged in domestic goods delivery service sector. As for the problem happened to PT. NCT is the placement of the finished items in the warehouse is still not in order and not match the place, this results the item confused with other item, and the hand pallet passageway and forklift became narrow, and complicated the storage items storage and taking process. The independent in this research was warehouse layout, meanwhile dependent variable was unloading productivity. This research used qualitative method. The population in this research was the warehouse employee of PT. NCT with samples of 30 respondents, with sampling technique used saturated sample technique. The data collecting technique used was questionnaire, each respondent was given 20 questions, then data processed with SPSS statistics analysis. Based on the result of this research, shows that there is significant and positive effect between variable of warehouse layout on variable of unloading productivity of 36,8%, meanwhile the other 63,8% explained by other variable out of the variable used in this research. Based on the result of calculation of simple linear regression test, obtained result of regression equation of Y = 5,917 + 0,874X. Meanwhile on the result of hypothesis test shows the value of t count > t table (4,035 > 2,048). This means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, or there are effects between Warehouse Layout on Unloading Productivity
Pengaruh Kesadaran Merek Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Minat Beli Sepatu Vans Di Summarecon Mall Kota Bekasi
The research method used is quantitative method. The data collecting method used is in the form of questionnaire and literature. The population of this research is the user/buyer of Vans shoes in Summarecon Mall Bekasi City. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. Sample is 100 samples. The data analysis used is double linear regression analysis using the help of IBM Statistics software 24 version. The result of this research shows that the effect of brand awareness has effect on the consumer purchase interest as 34,9%. Meanwhile brand image has effect of 38,1% on Purchase Interest of Vans Shoes. Brand Awareness and Brand Image affect significantly on the Consumer Purchase Interest of Vans Shoes in Summarecon Mall Bekasi City. The variable of brand awareness and brand image affect the variable of purchase interest simultaneously with the value of 0,436 or 43,6% which the 56,3% is explained by other factor that are not studied in this research
