On using Directional Information for Parameter Space Decomposition in Ellipse Detection
No full textIn this paper we use the parametric polar representation to extend the application of edge directional information from circle to ellipse extraction. As a result we obtain a mapping which decomposes the parameter space required for ellipse extraction into two independent sub-spaces and one final histogram accumulator. The mapping includes the tangent of the angle of the first and second directional derivatives. These tangents are computed by considering edge direction at two border points. We show that the use of gradient information for parameter space decomposition avoids the intensive point labelling imposed by geometric constraints used by other approaches

Financial analysis of CENTRAL GROUP a.s.
No full textThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the Czech real estate development company CENTRAL GROUP a.s. from the perspective of an external analyst and subsequently to evaluate the financial health, overall stability and describe the impact of the real estate market and changes in interest rates on the company's results. Annual reports and financial statements from the years 2019-2022 were used to perform the financial analysis. The bachelor thesis is mostly concerned with the practical part, in which individual ratios and methods are applied to the financial statements of the selected company. The results were compared with direct competitors of the Czech property development market, which are FINEP HOLDING, SE, Skanska Reality a.s. and Sekyra Group a.s. The bachelor thesis concluded with a summary of the results and an assessment of the financial health and stability of the company under the influence of changes in interest rates in recent years.Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu české developerské společnosti CENTRAL GROUP a.s. z pohledu externího analytika a následně zhodnotit finanční zdraví, celkovou stabilitu a popsat vliv nemovitostního trhu a změn úrokových sazeb na výsledky společnosti. K provedení finanční analýzy byly použity výroční zprávy a účetní závěrky z let 2019-2022. Bakalářská práce se z většiny zabývá praktickou částí, ve které jsou jednotlivé ukazatele a metody aplikovány na účetních výkazech zvolené společnosti. Zjištěné výsledky byly porovnány s přímými konkurenty českého developerského trhu, kterými jsou FINEP HOLDING, SE, Skanska Residential a.s. a Sekyra Group a.s. V závěru bakalářské práce bylo provedeno shrnutí zjištěných výsledků a zhodnoceno finanční zdraví a stabilita společnosti při vlivu změn úrokových sazeb v posledních letech
