No full textBakalaura darbā “Slavenības nāves fenomena nozīme populārajā kultūrā: mūziķa M. Freimaņa gadījums” darba autors pētījis M. Freimaņa nāves fenomena komunikācijas diskursu Latvijā (01.01.2011. – 01.02.2012.), noskaidrojot vai slavenības kultūras teorētiskais modelis, ka pēc nāves slavenība pārtop populārās kultūras ikonā, atbilst M.Freimaņa nāves gadījumam populārajā kultūrā Latvijā.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti kultūras, populārās kultūras, populārās mūzikas, slavenības (zvaigzne, ikona), tās nāves un pielūgsmes skaidrojumi. Savukārt metodoloģoijas daļā, izmantojot kvantitatīvo kontentanalīzi un analizējot mediju publikācijas, kā arī daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar ekspertiem un kritisko diskursu, veikta komunikācijas diskursa analīze.
Izpētot M. Freimaņa nāves gadījumu populārajā kultūrā Latvijā, rodamas noteiktas paralēles ar rietumvalstu teorētiskajiem populārās kultūras modeļiem - mūziķa nāve transformējusi M.Freimani no zvaigznes par ikonu populārajā kultūrā Latvijā.
Bakalaura darbu veido trīs daļas: teorētiskā, metodoloģija un darba pētnieciskā daļa.

Freimanis” author has analysed communication discourse (01.01.0211 – 01.02.2012) of the death of M. Freimanis in Latvia. Analysing whether it is possible to observe celebrity becoming an icon, trough its death in popular culture in Latvia.
Theoretical concepts of culture, popular culture, popular music and celebrity (star, icon) death and worship were examined. Communication discourse was examined analysing publications of the press with the use of quantitative content analysis, partly structured expert interviews and critical discourse analyse.
The results of Freimanis case study showed that it is possible to compere several concepts of the western popular culture and popular culture in Latvia. Death of the Freimanis has transformed him from celebrity into the icon of populaar culture in Latvia.
The paper is structured into theoretical, methodological and empirical parts.

No full textBakalaura darba autors ir Kaspars Freimanis. Darba vadītājs Jānis Bisenieks. Bakalaura darba tēma: SIA „Euro Truck” ražošanas procesu izvērtējums un pilnveides iespējas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt SIA „Euro Truck” pašreizējos ražošanas procesus un izstrādāt uzņēmuma procesu pilnveides iespējas. Lai sasniegtu uzstādīto mērķi, autors ir izvirzījis uzdevumus, kas veicami šajā bakalaura darbā: 1.Noteikt un izpētīt uzņēmējdarbības mērķi, vidi un tās ietekmi, kā arī stratēģijas nozīmi ražošanas uzņēmumam; 2.Veikt LEAN un TOC biznesa stratēģiju salīdzināšanu ar tradicionālo pieeju ražošanas procesos; 3.Veikt SIA „EuroTruck” raksturojumu; 4.Izdarīt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus SIA „Euro Truck” darbības pilnveidei. Teorijas daļā pētījuma autors noskaidroja, ka uzņēmējdarbības mērķis ir gūt peļņu, pie tam, optimāla rezultāta sasniegšanai, ir jābūt apmierinātām visu iesaistīto pušu – uzņēmuma īpašnieku, darbinieku, klientu un partneru vēlmēm. Autors izvērtēja LEAN un TOC pieejas salīdzinoši ar tradicionālo ražošanas organizēšanu, kāda tiek pielietota pētāmajā uzņēmumā. Pētījuma metodes: 1.Teorētiskā pētījumu metode - zinātniskās literatūras un avotu analīze, dokumentu un citu pētījumu analīze; 2.Empīriskās datu ieguves metodes, kas ietver novērošanu, dokumentu analīzi, PEST analīzi, aptaujas, sekundāro datu analīzi. 3.Datu apstrādes metodes, izmantojot datu aprakstošo metodi. Pētījuma rezultātā autors vērsa uzmanību uz to , ka SIA „Euro Truck” ir būtiski izstrādāt darbības stratēģiju, kuras ietvaros tiktu uzlabota operatīvā vadība, tiktu plānota un ieviesta uzņēmuma darbības attīstība, kas uzlabotu konkurētspēju un nodrošinātu uzņēmuma ilgtspējīgu attīstību. Bakalaura darba apjoms 64 lpp. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, apkopotiem 17 secinājumiem un izstrādātiem 5 priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un informācijas avotu saraksta.The author of the bachelor paper is Kaspars Freimanis. The supervisor of the paper is Janis Bisenieks. The theme of the bachelor paper is: Assessment and development capacity of the production processes of Euro Truck Lcc. The aim of the bachelor paper is to analyse the current production processes of Euro Truck Ltd and develop capacity to improve the company's processes. In order to achieve the set aim, the author has identified the tasks to be performed in this bachelor paper: 1.Identify and explore the business objective, environment and its impact, as well as the importance of the strategy for the production company; 2.Compare LEAN and TOC business strategies with traditional approaches to production processes; 3. Prepare a description of EuroTruck Lcc; 4. Draw conclusions and put forward proposals to improve the activities of Euro Truck Lcc. In the theoretical part, the author of the study found that the purpose of business activities is making a profit. Futhermore, in order to achieve an optimal outcome, the expectations of all stakeholders involved - owners, employees, customers and partners of the company should be satisfied. The author assessed the approaches of LEAN and TOC relative to the traditional production organisation applied in the company under investigation. Methods of study: 1.Theoretical study method – analysis of scientific literature and sources, analysis of documents and other studies; 2.Empirical data extraction techniques, including observation, document analysis, PEST analysis, surveys, and secondary data analysis; 3.Data processing methods using the descriptive method of data. As a result of the study, the author focused on the importance of developing an operational strategy for Euro Truck Ltd that would improve operational management, as well as plan and implement the development of the company's activities, which would improve competitiveness and ensure sustainable development of the company. The volume of the bachelor paper is 64 pages.
