Antireflective embedded MSM photodetector: An architectural optimization
No full textPhotodetectors are essential elements in optoelectronics because they are the
communication via between light and electronics. There are several kinds of photodetectors but
nowadays the most used are semiconductor photodetectors due to its versatility when detecting
light of specific wavelengths efficiently and with fast response velocity.
Most semiconductor photodetectors are fabricated with striped interdigitated electrodes
over a semiconductor substrate (MSM photodetectors), in order that we have periodicity between
metallic electrodes and semiconductor regions on top photodetector surface. These kind of
photodetectors are widely used in communications due to its faster response compared to other
photodetector structures1’2’3 and they are a very good for UV detection4’5. Light is detected when it
reaches the semiconductor region by creating charge carriers (holes and electrons) that are then
transported to the electrodes due to an applied voltage difference6. Interdigitated electrodes are
used to increase the active region area (semiconductor) while optimizing the electric fields between
electrodes for carrier collection meaning high velocity response and sensitivity, but unfortunately it
also provokes that certain amount of light get back reflected by the electrodes surfaces. Many

utilidades.El objetivo principal del documento estudio consiste en establecer la importancia de diversificar
el portafolio de inversiones, para la Cámara de Comercio del Sur y Oriente del Tolima, en el
mercado de valores, identificando la opción que garantice un crecimiento exponencial en las
utilidades. Proceso que se desarrolló a través del conocimiento académico, y que se logró
adelantar como acción de mejora desde el escenario de práctica empresarial, utilizando como
instrumento de medición el método del valor futuro y varianza desde la hoja electrónica de
Excel, calculando el nivel de riesgo y la rentabilidad que se puede percibir en un periodo
establecido. Para esto, el análisis consistió en evaluar de forma cuantitativa las variables de (4)
muestras tomadas de los fondos de inversión colectiva categorizados, comparado con las
inversiones de la banca tradicional que ejecuta actualmente la Dirección Administrativa y
Financiera de la CCSOT. Los resultados dan evidencia para la toma de decisiones de inversión,
dirigida a la intermediaria de bolsa Fiduciaria Corficolombiana, en Acciones Globales; del
mismo modo, establece la importancia de la participación de los estudiantes en periodo de
formación financiera, como aporte para la creación de acciones de mejora continua. En
conclusión, la diversificación del portafolio de inversiones, permite minimizar el riesgo en las
operaciones financieras, y promueve el fortalecimiento económico de la empresa.The main objective of the study document is to establish the importance of diversifying the
investment portfolio, for the Cámara de Comercio del Sur y Oriente del Tolima, in the stock
market, identifying the option that guarantees an exponential growth in profits. This process was
developed through academic knowledge and was achieved as an improvement action from the
business practice scenario, using as a measurement tool the method of future value and variance
from the Excel spreadsheet, calculating the level of risk and profitability that can be perceived in
a set period. To this end, the analysis consisted of evaluating quantitatively the variables of (4)
samples taken from the categorized collective investment funds, compared to the traditional
banking investments currently executed by the Dirección Administrativa y Financiera of the
CCSOT. Results give evidence for investment decision making, addressed to the stock exchange
intermediary Fiduciaria Corficolombiana, in Global Stock; in the same way, it establishes the
importance of the participation of students in a financial training period, as a contribution for the
creation of continuous improvement actions. In conclusion, diversification of the investment
portfolio allows minimizing risk in financial operations and promotes the economic
strengthening of the compan

No full textEl objetivo principal de esta investigación es proponer un modelo alternativo de economía social en el marco del acuerdo social para la Paz, esto desde las economías alternativas y sociales o solidarias existentes, que permita alcanzar una convivencia justa y digna entre pequeñas comunidades rurales que favorezca el entorno laboral. Este trabajo referencia algunas experiencias conocidas en el mundo y que aportaron a grandes avances sociales y acuerdos pacíficos comunitarios. Aunque el término "economía alternativa, o economía social" puede ser asumido desde diversos enfoques, se acepta que su influencia en el crecimiento económico mundial es innegable (Gonzalez Rios, 2012). Desde el acuerdo de paz, Colombia y las instituciones del gobierno ha mostrado interés en articular este tipo de modelos comunitarios en diferentes regiones rurales, especialmente en el ámbito económico y de acuerdo social, introduciendo regulaciones que reflejan compromisos con estos temas (Peteiro, Rodrigues y Rodriguez, 2007). No obstante, existen brechas legales y constitucionales relacionadas con el alcance y la responsabilidad de la transformación comunitaria, lo que genera incertidumbre sobre cómo garantizar la sostenibilidad de estos modelos en el tiempo. Además de todo lo anterior, se trata de entornos que destacan problemas sociales prioritarios y para cuya resolución se hace necesario el accionar conjunto de las entidades públicas, el empresariado y las comunidades.The main objective of this research is to propose an alternative model of social economy within the framework of the social agreement for Peace, this from the existing alternative and social or solidarity economies, which allows achieving a fair and dignified coexistence between small rural communities that favors work environment. This work refers to some known experiences in the world that contributed to great social advances and peaceful community agreements. Although the term "alternative economy, or social economy" can be assumed from various approaches, it is accepted that its influence on global economic growth is undeniable (Gonzalez Rios, 2012). Since the peace agreement, Colombia and government institutions have shown interest in articulating this type of community models in different rural regions, especially in the economic field and social agreement, introducing regulations that reflect commitments to these issues (Peteiro, Rodrigues and Rodriguez, 2007). However, there are legal and constitutional gaps related to the scope and responsibility of community transformation, which generates uncertainty about how to guarantee the sustainability of these models over time. In addition to all of the above, these are environments that highlight priority social problems and whose resolution requires joint action by public entities, businesses and communities.Resumen --
