    Kay Goebel, a 1997 Oklahoma Women's Hall of Fame inductee and counseling psychologist, recalls her youth in a small, rural town, riding horses and helping with chores on the farm. She shares her educational path, earning a doctorate in psychology as an older student. Goebel discusses moving to Oklahoma, establishing a practice, and becoming an active community volunteer. She talks about the memorial at the Murrah Building bombing site and about her interest in the Arts, which included serving on the Arts Council.
