Crítica y polémica, el último libro de Roberto F. Giusti, presenta un interés característico, y es que, siendo obra de carácter literaria, ella no está exenta de las grandes preocupaciones espirituales del siglo. Full text linkAs observed by Cardinaletti and Giusti (2019), Italoromance varieties present a wide variation of forms and positions of pronominal possessors in the nominal expression. The paper adopts a general linguistic approach informed by the advances of theoretical linguistics, the Protocol Approach (Giusti 2021 and references therein) establishing diagnostics to detect the wide variation that characterizes Old Italian and modern Italian dialects from other Romance languages. The variation will be shown to regard the pronominal vs adjectival status (which varies diachronically), the strong weak or clitic forms of the possessor (which vary diatopically), the co-occurrence of the possessor with a definite article (which varies diachronically, diatopically and across nominal classes), and the position of the possessor with respect to the head noun (which varies diatopically). A highlight of the paper is the representation of the features on maps, visually representing the protocollar diagnostics on the Italian territor

I contributi del convegno hanno sviluppato problematiche generali e specifiche, aspetti teorici e progettuali, alla base
delle attività di restauro e di valorizzazione delle mura e dei giardini, diretti dallo stesso curatore del volume, in qualità di Presidente dell'Opera delle Mura di Lucca.
The conference was conceived and organized by M.A. Giusti with the goal of stimulating the comparisons on cultural management of the Walls of Lucca, an integrated system of architecture - vegetation, and verification of the instruments interdisciplinary field for the conservation. The contributions of the conference have developed general and specific issues, theory and design, at the base of the restoration and enhancement of the walls and gardens, directed by the same editor of the book, as Chairman of the Work the Walls of Lucca

Camillo Sbarbaro (1888-1967) experimented for fifty years with a form of prose poetry that he called trucioli--"shavings." Some of the first were written in the trenches during World War I.
