The Financial Accountability of e-Government: The Information Transparency of Decision-making Processes in Public Organizations
Effective e-Government can contribute to the modernization of the public sector administration, and increase the efficiency in the activity of governments and national agencies facilitating the participation of citizens in the social and political life. The use of e-Government improves the electronic transactions between government agencies, companies and citizens, in order to improve the quality of the services and to increase the transparency in the public financial sector. The recent reforms in the public financial management are accelerated by new technologies and are creating the premises for a disciplined, transpired and flexible public sector administration. After a presentation of recent views from literature on some main problems of e-government and software services, the research is focused on the development of e-government and public finance administration.
Information Technology and communication (IT&C) and Research and Development (R&D), outstanding factors of the post-crisis economic recovery
Regardless of the business cycle or of the crisis, the knowledge-based society continues to evolve based on two main pillars – IT&C and R&D – although the funding and investments in such areas are currently more or less shrinking. Under these circumstances, there are economic, social, technological and environmental reasons for which investments in the IT&C and R&D fields must be prioritized under the anti-crisis strategies in Romania.
The main argument in favour of is mainly based on the economic and social efficiency, on the technological progress on short, medium and long terms. At the same time, we are pointing out the main ways, instruments and mechanisms through which efficiency could be obtained for IT&C and R&D investments efforts in Romania during the post-crisis economic recovery
ECONOMIC PROCESS OPTIMIZATION DEPLOYED BY COMPANIES WITH COMPLEX ACTIVITY PRODUCTION – TRADE – SERVICES USING INFORMATICS SYSTEMS WITH INTEGRATED DATA MINING TECHNIQUES
There are many economic processes deployed by companies with a complex activity that can be optimized, among the most common being: supply, production/service, distribution, sales, suppliers/customers relationships, inventory management, human resources management, financial management, etc. After the deployment of business processes related data is obtained. The analysis of the related data must be the starting point in any attempt to optimize the economic processes because this data best reflects the actual situation of the company. In order to carry out such an analysis, several approaches have emerged to extract knowledge from the data accumulated. The first solution is to use specific software to analyze the available data. Another solution that can be successfully used is the implementation of data mining techniques within the database management software available supposing it is a new generation one.optimization; informatics system; economic process; data mining; data analysis
SOME CONSIDERATION ABOUT MODELLING HUMAN PROCESS AND MECHAMISM
Abstract: In human brain modelling it is very important to understand the all of process that involve the neuron activity, because the real neuron activity is much different towards artificial neuron activity. In this sense, the simulation environment offers some consideration about real activity of neuron. The human brain modelling in simulation environment takes into consideration the every mechanism that evolves within and among neurons. These mechanisms imply the interactions between neurons, the interactions of electrical and chemical signals that pass to neurons, the activation and extra cellular potential of neurons and so on. All of these mechanisms are based on mathematical analysis, which offers analytical equations, but their solutions are calculated by numerical methods that exist in simulation environment. These numerical methods are numerical solutions and a very good stability. Key words: brain mechanisms, analytical solutions, numerical methods, and conceptual control, cable equation, spatial discretisation
