    Self-efficacy beliefs do not operate in isolation from one another and may generalize across activities, situations and domains of functioning. Thus to identify self-efficacy beliefs that supervise over broad domains of functioning and to examine the extent to which they operate in concert is crucial to account for the unique organization of personality.
