The goal of this scientific work is to analyze and evaluate the essence, functions and its realization of personnel management in a company “Varner Baltija” LLC “Dressmann” shops’ development and to give proposals to improve functions of personnel management in this company.
To reach this goal, author has set following tasks – explore theoretical nature of personnel management, find out the effectiveness personnel management in company development, find out personnel’s and managers’ opinions using survey and interview

No full textMy primary goal as a theatre artist is to tell stories that I believe will impact an audience. I believe that theatrical pieces should not only be engaging and interesting, they should also challenge an audience to introspection. I believe theatre can take difficult topics and ideas and explore them by setting these ideas in a context of a fictional world that can be observed. I also believe that using iconic stories and characters for this exploration is particularly effective, because the audience becomes first acquainted with the piece of art as something familiar. With all of this in mind I helped develop a concept for a Musical adaptation of the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" in conjunction with Chance Varner. My partner and I used the familiar story and iconic character types to explore difficult subjects of corruption, justice, crimes against the innocent, and the obscure nature of good and evil.Thesis (B.?.)Honors Colleg
