HOW COULD BE COMBINED THE SUBJECTIVITY AND DINAMISM TO GIVE THE WORLD A COMPREHENSIVE DEFINITION OF WASTE?
Given the problems that can occur due to incorrect use of basic concepts and risks that may apear because of differences in present points of view concerning the content of the waste concept was considered necessary to study the main definitions currently used and attempt to provide to the specific literature an own definition of waste wicth we tkink will become widely accepted in the theoreticians and practitioners community of waste management issue. In our attempt to completely and accurately define waste and to eliminate the possibility of concept subiectivitz the working paper starts from identification and interpretation of two essential perspectives of the transforming goods into waste process. Throughtout an elementary logical based system of arguments the author comments various perspectives and approaches captured both in literature and the contents of official documents. Appealing to a cause-based argumentation, but not the effects, its identify core issues that cause waste generation, loss of goods utility, achieve the purpose for which they were created, the occurrence of user intention to dispose the products become unnecessary, incidence of responsibility and ownership dynamics. And finally it formulates a comprehensive definition of waste.Waste definition, goods utility, ownership relations, waste generation, waste disposal
THE WEEE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ROMANIA. DIMENSION, STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
Management systems for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) have modernized as countries have accumulated experience. They are characterized by a profound dynamism because of the alert pace of growth of waste quantities which have been generated, but also because of the continuous diversification of the range of electronic equipment sold as an effect of the technical progress evolution and of the living standards of population growth. In Romania, the emergence and the development of WEEE management system has been stimulated by the need to align to the European Commission stipulations as a result of the integration into the European Union in 2007. In this context the present paper examines the strengths and weaknesses of WEEE management system in Romania.Romania, Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment – WEEE, management, weakness, strengths.

The International Criminal Court: The failure of justice
The Charter of the Nürnberg Tribunal introduced crimes against peace and crimes against humanity into international criminal law. War crimes, that include grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions and other serious violations of laws and customs applicable in armed conflict, were included upon proposal by the United States in the Rome Statute that establishes the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC goes beyond the limits of multilateral international criminal justice which has been applied to the Nüremberg Trials.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

Maximizing the Positive Impacts of Irrigation and Its Influence on the Settlement of Soil Particles
Researches presented, are the subject of study on the evolution of soil quality indicators of Romanian Plain, where mainly is chernozem soil type, as a consequence of irrigation. To achieve the objectives we have studied some physical indicators of soil ( bulk density and total porosity ) în the territory concerned, the interpretation of analytical results been performed according to the proper methodology, after taking soil samplings from pedogenetic horizons. Through an analysis of the evolution of chernozem`s soil compaction, due to irrigation`s application, it highlights different soil compaction status correlated with the physical condition of the soil. If irrigated soil, in maize crop, loosening is moderate în the layer 0-10 cm, with values of 1.20 g/cm3,after applying every year of irrigation, it indicates values ranging în a fairly widely, from small (moderately loose soil, with bulk density of 1.23 g/cm3) , the medium ( soil poorly compacted, bulk density was 1.45 g/cm3) . Total porosity values are down slightly throughout the soil profile under the influence of irrigation, values are în the range middle - very high. After applying irrigation are observed physical changes, that induced changes in the balances resulting from damage to structure and structure to appear grainy dust structure and consequently the tendency of poor compaction and physical change of the soil

The ends of travel : space, rhetoric and identity in Peter Fleming’s writings
The ends of travel in Peter Fleming’s works are seen as declines, lines of rupture, outcomes, driving principles and goals. Three paths are explored to understand these ends. The first postulates an anaesthetic intention on the part of the author: the purpose of denying his aesthetic experience and at the same time of seeking extreme sensation as an anesthetic, as palliation, reproduction and transfer of traumatic experience. The second focuses on his use of rhetorical art to reproduce and, at the same time, to play with the conventions and expectations of the reader. His use of reverse psychology allows the creation of a broad spectrum of interpretations and the projection of his identity in a protean manner. Finally, the third aims at analyzing the dunamic aspects of his narratives – a neologism referring to the sphere of potentiality. This model allows the literary and anthropological analysis of the potential alternatives contemplated, suggested and narrated by the author, one that is meant to complement the study of his actual itineraries and discourses. Authorial identity is defined in this context as an intermediate, trans-world and heterotopic space which lies between what is and everything that could be
STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIC MANURE ON SOIL FERTILITY
Fertility and soil balance cannot be maintained without the presence of organic matter and the addition of new quantities of plant residues or chemical and organic fertilizers, as plants extract significant amounts of nutrients from the soil each year. Therefore, the application of manure can be considered a good source for increasing the potential fertility of the soil. This study addresses on the fertilization with manure derived from cattle and sheep farming activities on the typical chernozem soil from the Romanian Plain. The effects of using these organic fertilizers are mainly observed in the behavior of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) in the soil, as they are the main nutrients that influence agricultural crop yields. Potassium (K) has a secondary role, but along with pH and other macronutrients, it improves the physical and biological properties of the soil, as evidenced by the appearance and formation of a positive humus balance and an improvement in the NPK content of the soil. Following the application of manure over a period of more than five years, changes in the physical-chemical indicators are observed, such as the bulk density of soil which decreases from 1.28 g/cm3 to 1.17 g/cm3, or the humus that increases from 2.07 % to 2.57 %, after five years of manure action
