Ematoma renale sintomatico post-trattamento ESWL
Morfological and functional alterations of the kidney submitted to ESWL have by now being classified. Shock waves have been, infact, directley associeted to the possibility of onset of complications such as interstitial edema, temporary tubular damage and subcapsular hematoma (0,1-0,8 %). A case of a patient with a voluminous renal hematoma following ESWL for left calyceal lithiasis is reported,in whom surgery was necessary in order to suture the nephrotomic breach

authors report the results of treatment in 86 pts. suffering from La Peyronie disease obtained by using three different association of iontophoresis and lasertherapy.This kind of therapy revealed to be very effective in the management of this disease obtainig remission of fibrosis areas from 76,48% 93,75% of cases dependin on the particular therapeutical procedure used. The authors also obtained a remission of pain in 97% of cases. The results obtained, with no risks or complications,allow to confirm the efficacy of this proposed therap

Role of Fibrin Glue in Percutaneous Treatment of Renal Cysts
Since January 1988, 18 male and 9 female patients aged 33 to 66 years were submitted to percutaneous ultrasound-guided needle puncture and aspiration of renal cysts. Thereafter, 11 patients were treated with librin glue, 5 patients with alcohol, and 11 patients with alcohol and then fibrin glue. Followup ranged from 6 to 24 months. Fibrin glue after sclerosing treatment with alcohol gave the best results, with complete responses in 45% of cases, and partial response in the remaining patient
