    No full text
This article seeks to explore the relations of the conceptual establishment of patriarchy and the relations of feminism and the feminine in the work of the writer Tania Jamardo Faillace, more specifically in the novel Adam and Eve. In the process of analysis, we link parallels between the cultural and religious tradition, its contrasts and convergences with the faillaciano text and judeo-Christian anthropogony. The motto of this work is the sampling of these ideas addressed by the author in her second book, as well as providing an openness to the understanding of concepts common to the critical thinking of patriarchy, still oblique in contemporary society.O presente artigo busca explorar as relações do estabelecimento conceitual do patriarcado e as relações do feminismo e do feminino na obra da escritora Tania Jamardo Faillace, mais especificamente na novela Adão e Eva. In order to analyze the female resistance, a striking feature of the characters that compose the writing of Tânia Jamardo Faillace, this paper intends to investigate the composition of the character Inês, the protagonist of the tale "O 35º Ano de Inês (The 35th Year of Inês)", considering the historical context in which both the character and the writer are inserted. Confronted by the rise of the military dictatorship and facing a society narrowed by a predominantly male discourse, the analysis intends to demonstrate how Inês resists even in a repressive environment, and also presents an observation of how Faillace portrays such subjects as a background in her writings, especially the influences of patriarchy, a theme present throughout the tale's plot. Ambiented in the 1970s, both author and character expose us to female resistance, which transgresses the barriers of oppression and demarcates its place in society. As much as their attitudes have consequences, they take the risk of allowing themselves to be as they are and the right to belong to themselves. They subvert the system to which they belong, breaking the barrier of what was strongly denied to women until then, the right to be in the world as an individual of a civil society. The research has bibliographical bias, with focus on the historical context of the writer, taken here as a significant influence on her writings, as well as research focused on Faillace's personal life.
