Title: E-commerce Author: Michal Hampl Department: Department of Theoretical Computer Science and Mathematical Logic Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Mirko Křivánek, CSc. Abstract: Aim of this work is to map and evaluate possibilities of interoperability of existing e-commerce systems with external systems, find out positives and negatives of existing solutions and on the basis of these information to propose a model of universal interoperability framework of general e-commerce product with general external system. Main goal of this framework is to get the most general solution such as it is possible to create connection to new external system with as less effort as possible but not against its generality. This work will also contain concept of implementation of designed model and verification of its usability while implementing connection to several existing external systems. At the end it will contain evaluation of proposed model in context of experience acquired while implementing sample connections. Keywords: e-commerce, interoperabilit

Název práce: Internetové obchody Autor: Michal Hampl Katedra (ústav): Katedra teoretické informatiky a matematické logiky Vedoucí bakalářské práce: doc. RNDr. Klíčová slova: internetový obchod, propojeníTitle: E-commerce Author: Michal Hampl Department: Department of Theoretical Computer Science and Mathematical Logic Supervisor: doc. Mycobacterium tuberculosis as causative agent of grave illness
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy, Hradec Králové Field of study: Specialist in laboratory methods Author: Bc. Tomáš Hampl Supervisor: PharmDr. Ondřej Janďourek, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Mycobacterium tuberculosis as causative agent of grave illness The aim of this diploma thesis is to deal with tuberculosis, describe the pathogen, taxonomic classification, describe the origin, course and clinical manifestations of the disease, diagnosis, including laboratory diagnostics, epidemiology of tuberculosis, treatment and prevention. Tuberculosis (TBC) is one of the deadliest infectious diseases in the world caused by bacterium M. tuberculosis in humans. TBC is sometimes referred as a disease of the past, but the recent rise in cases of the disease, and especially the spread of forms of drug-resistant TBC, makes the disease very dangerous. Currently, a major problem is the alarming rise in resistant and multi-resistant tuberculosis, which is not counteracted by commonly used first-line drugs. Therefore, there is a constant emphasis around the world on discovering and testing new potential antituberculotics that could help patients with resistant and multidrug-resistant TBC. In the experimental part, the thesis deals with screening of antimycobacterial activity of potential antituberculotics...Univerzita Karlova, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové Studijní obor: Odborný pracovník v laboratorních metodách Autor: Bc. V experimentální části se práce zabývá testováním antimykobakteriální aktivity potenciálních antituberkulotik na kmenech...Department of Biological and Medical SciencesKatedra biologických a lékařských vědFaculty of Pharmacy in Hradec KrálovéFarmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králov
Rotavirus as an agent of diarrheal diseases
Author: Tomáš Hampl Title: Rotavirus as an agent of diarrheal diseases Bachelor thesis Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy, Hradec Králové Field of study: Medical Laboratory Background: This bachelor thesis aims at dealing with rotavirus issues, taxonomically classifying them, describing their structure, properties, origin and course of the diseases they cause. In the experimental part the thesis will deal with the epidemiology of rotavirus infections at the Faculty Hospital in Hradec Králové in the period between 2010-2017 and their evaluation. Main findings: Rotaviruses are very often the cause of serious and dangerous diarrhea in children up to 5 years of age, including infants and toddlers. According to the WHO, more than half a million children worldwide die each year, where children will get ill around 150 million. Therefore, early diagnosis and appropriate therapy are very important. An adult can also become infected, the course of the disease is much milder than children. Conclusions: Important prevention of the origin and spread of rotavirus infections requires careful personal hygiene, especially hand washing. Because infections are the most common in children's groups, disinfection of the environment, toys, furniture and other objects is necessary in case of spread of..

Różnice w czeskich i polskich przekładach na przykładzie biblijnego reprezentanta awifauny - żurawia
In this article, based on sixteen various biblical translations (eight Czech and eight Polish) exclusively referring to two Old Testament verses, the author tries to present the translational differences in avifauna paying special attention to its representative - a crane. The author focuses on various aspects of translational differences both intera- linguistic and interlinguistic as well as on the established image and the deep-rooted symbolism of the described representative of the semantic category of fowl, which is the lexically basic crane
