Francis C. Stark papers
Francis C. Stark (1919-2003) was a professor in the Department of Horticulture at the University of Maryland. Stark's papers include photographs of students, student grade books, copies of his master's thesis and dissertation, miscellaneous research materials relating to horticulture, and medals awarded to the Maryland State Horticulture Society by the National Agricultural Congress in 1909. The collection also includes Stark's two-volume memoir Another Day, Another Adventure and a speech about the history of the University of Maryland

On request offering information 'about the German Mission matter', taken from a document drawn up in the India Office of Sir Arthur [Hirtzel]: according to regulations the official head of the mission in India is to be a British subject, and the mission must needs have a house in the United Kingdom. Commenting that therefore Ireland and Irish ordinaries are not excluded. Hoping to see him again before leaving
