No full textProfessor Alfredo Falcone and Dr Lisa Salvatore speak to Roshaine Gunawardana, Managing Commissioning Editor: Professor Alfredo Falcone is the Director of the Department of Oncology and the Specialization School at the University Hospital of Pisa, Italy. He trained in Pisa and Genoa, Italy, and has held major positions in Italian oncology since 2000. He currently has more than 300 publications, including papers in peer-reviewed international and national journals, book chapters, and more than 600 abstracts of presentations to international and national conferences. The majority of his papers regard clinical and translational research, with a particular focus on metastatic colorectal cancer. Dr Lisa Salvatore is a medical oncologist in the Department of Translational Research and New Technologies in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Pisa. She has been an author on about 40 publications in major peer-reviewed publications and has made numerous presentations in national and international conferences. Her main interest is focused on clinical and translational research in metastatic colorectal cancer

giurisprudenza di Giovanni Falcone, conseguita con lode il 21
giugno 1961 presso l’Università di Palermo, e a quasi trent’anni
dalla strage di Capaci1.
93. L’alto magistrato, come noto, fu ucciso nell’attentato del 23 maggio 1992, nel
quale perì insieme alla moglie Francesca Morvillo, anch’essa giudice, e agli agenti
della scorta, Rocco Dicillo, Vito Schifani e Antonio Montinaro. L’accertamento
delle responsabilità penali a carico dei vertici di Cosa nostra, nell’ambito della
strategia dell’eccidio di Capaci, si è concluso con la sentenza della Corte di Cassazione,
sez. I, del 18 sett. 2008, nr. 1157, che ha confermato la sentenza della Corte
di assise d’Appello di Catania del 23 apr. 2006, nr. 24 con la quale sono state
emesse le condanne all’ergastolo che hanno riguardato l’intero vertice di Cosa
nostra. Con sentenza della Corte di assise d’Appello di Catania del 21 luglio 2020
(nel processo cosiddetto Capaci-bis) sono state confermate ulteriori quattro condanne
all’ergastolo per la strage.

Despite its name, it is neither a work about the issue of hunting with birds of prey, nor a letter exhausting the literary form of a treaty. Although Diplovatatius described it as consilium, it should be rather classified as quaestiones.It should be emphasized that the distinction of consilium, that is a legal advice drew up to consider the specific case from quaestio, theoretical analysis of some case, may be impossible. The more so that the basis for quaestiones were often genuine judicial cases, which were only changed with regards to identifying the parties and adjusting the case to the needs of teaching. No full textQuesto libro è il più importante contributo realizzato sulla contact improvisation, e il primo pubblicato in Italia su questa tecnica nata negli Stati Uniti nei tardi anni Sessanta dalle sperimentazioni di un gruppo di un gruppo di danzatori, tra cui Steve Paxton.
Da allora la contact si è sviluppata fino a diventare una delle tecniche più importanti per la formazione in danza contemporanea. L’enfasi posta sul contatto tra i corpi in ogni loro parte, sul peso e sulla fluidità del movimento l’hanno infatti resa parte fondamentale del bagaglio di ogni danzatore e danzatrice. La sua pratica aiuta a sviluppare una maggiore autoconsapevolezza e capacità di percezione dell’altro e a perfezionare in particolare le abilità rivolte al rapporto col suolo, che diventa quasi un partner di chi danza.
La contact svolge inoltre un ruolo cruciale anche nello sviluppo delle capacità di improvvisazione e nelle riabilitazioni terapeutiche. Con un approccio interdisciplinare, che agli studi di danza unisce antropologia e sociologia, l’autrice presenta ai lettori questa particolare forma di danza nel suo rapporto con le tecniche somatiche affermatesi negli anni Sessanta e con l’egualitarismo, il femminismo e la libertà sessuale che hanno caratterizzato la speciale atmosfera dell’epoca.
Cynthia Novack (1947-1996) è stata una danzatrice e docente di grande esperienza. Assieme al marito, Richard Bull, si è esibita con la compagnia Richard Bull Dance Theater e con l’Improvisational Arts Ensemble. Ha insegnato alla Tisch School of the Arts della New York University, al Barnard College della Columbia University e ha ottenuto le cattedre di Dance Studies e Women’s Studies presso la Wesleyan University. Oltre a questo volume, uscito nel 1990, ha pubblicato saggi su numerose riviste accademiche
