Dr. George R. Fowler: Faculty Advisor Retires
With much regret the Iowa 'State University Veterinarian announces the resignation of our faculty advisor, Dr. George R. Fowler. Dr. Fowler helped found the ISU Veterinarian in 1938 and has served as faculty advisor for our publication to the present time, even though he went into full retirement a year ago. Dr. Fowler's ever present guidance and aid has proven invaluable to all who have been associated with the magazine in the past 23 years. His contributions to the Veterinarian will long be remembered by the students and his associates at Iowa State University.</p
