Safety is the most important factor for working under high voltage. In the company Unior, d. d., we manufacture coating insulated tools, which is tested 100 % safe for work. All tools are double coated, which implies even greater safety for user, since this way they figure out by themselves, when the tool is worn out. The thesis presents the technology for coating of tools used for working under high voltage, like the one we use in the company. In the theoretical part of the thesis we present the demands for coating of tools according to the standard SIST EN 60900:2012, the entire coating technology and tool testing procedures. In the practical part of the thesis we carry out an analysis of electro conductivity for different protection thicknesses

Bibliographic record JOVIC, Damjan. European Security at the Beginning o f the Tw'enty First Century: At the Crossroads of the US and Russian Foreign Policies. Prague: Charles University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Institute of International Studies, 2009. 69 p. Supervisor Doc. PhDr. Jiri Vykoukal, CS. Annotation The aim of this paper is to provide a clear view of the current conflict of the United States' and Russia's geopolitical and geostrategic interests in Europe. Furthermore, the author will try - by addressing the most relevant problems - to identify alternative scenarios that may result from this conflict in the near future. At the same time the author is advocating the point that tensions in relations between the US and Russia will not improve any time soon because of fundamentally confronted interests as well as because of the influence of realist logic that dominates the political spectrum on both sides. The author argues that the basis of the new security arrangement in Europe can emerge from the tightening of Russia-Germany relations (especially in the sphere of energy security) and more independent EU policies in the sphere of military affairs. This paper does not aim to address so called "new" and "asymmetrical" threats to national and international security (e.g. terrorism, immigration,..

In my diploma work I present problems of homophobia and transphobia. Both phenomena manifest themselves in a negative and discriminatory attitude towards gay, lesbian, bisexual and transsexual persons as a consequence of their gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation. I have thus included a literary analysis of the motifs of homophobia and transphobia in two contemporary novels into my diploma work. The first novel is My Name Is Damjan (Ime mi je Damjan) by a Slovene author Suzana Tratnik and the second novel is The year of pearls (Leto biserov) by a Czech author Zuzana Brabcová. In analysing the two novels, I have mostly concentrated on researching how the motifs of homophobia and transphobia are depicted in the novels, who they are expressed by and how literary characters deal with them

In this Bachelor thesis, the author, on the basis of historical facts, presents and substantiates the emergence of the circumstances that fostered and enabled the development of Fascist and Nazi ideology in the twentieth century. In what follows, the author focuses on exploring and presenting the fundamental concepts and ideas of Nazi ideology. The author then tries to find the basic concepts and ideas in the ideas and concepts of neo-Nazi organizations and political parties that belong to the radical right-wing political spectrum. They focus on the role of populism in spreading ideology and on the typology of radical right-wing political parties. In showing the typology of political parties, they point to similarities and differences on the right side of the political spectrum. In the last part of this thesis, the author focuses on the research of the rise of radical right-wing political parties in Europe. Based on the analyses of economic, emigrant, and social crises that have taken place, the author presents the conditions that enabled the resurgence of radical right-wing ideology

Pričujoče magistrsko diplomsko delo predstavlja kritično oceno kaznivega dejanja dvojne zakonske zveze, kakor ga ureja slovenska kazenska zakonodaja. The present master\u27s thesis is a critical assessment of the criminal offence of bigamy in the Slovenian Criminal code. The author analyses the legal norm and identifies its weaknesses, both nomotechnical and substantive. He addresses the difficulties in identifying the legal good that the incrimination is supposed to protect, the lack of clarity of the legal text, which is especially evident in situations with a foreign element, and the doubt about the legitimacy of the incrimination. The author presents the various views that emerge in theory regarding the legal good and critically evaluates them. He further focuses on the analysis of theoretical constructs of polygamous marriages with a foreign element, and on this basis puts forward a thesis on the national limitation of the criminal good, which is otherwise not sufficiently evident from the legal text itself. Based on all the above, the author also evaluates the legitimacy of the incrimination using the criteria that have been developed for this purpose in domestic and foreign criminal law theory and case law. The final part of the master\u27s thesis contains the author\u27s concrete proposals for changing the legal norm, which he came to through his findings

The author focuses on the research question of how the conditions of EU membership affect democratization in the Republic of Montenegro. The author began researching the topic with a detailed overview of the reports prepared by the European Commission for the EU accession process for Montenegro since 2010. The review of the reports is supplemented by a detailed review of secondary literature on parliamentarism, democratization and democracy, which completes the theoretical framework. In the first part of the master’s thesis, the author presents a historical overview of key events in Montenegro, focusing on events between 1990 and 2010, when the country became a candidate for membership of the European Union. The second part is devoted to the theoretical framework, focusing on the concept of democracy and the concept of democratization in the context of the EU and in the context of the conditions of EU membership. In the last part of his master\u27s thesis, the author applies the latter to a detailed analysis of the impact of the conditions for EU membership on the case of Montenegro. The master\u27s thesis concludes with a summary of the findings made during the research period

Naposljetku, autor analizira mogućnost zaustavljanje inflacije uzrokovane niskim nominalnim kamatnim stopama, prekomjernim tiskanjem novaca i prisilnim zaustavljanjem gospodarstva za vrijeme trajanja pandemije COVID – 19 uvođenjem CBDC-a.This master's thesis provides analysis of the central bank digital currency and its status of a new legal tender. The author will define CBDC, explain its forms and the method of issuing CBDC with an emphasis on digital-legal design and its implications for conducting monetary policy. The issuing of CBDC will have significant implications for the monetary and financial system as well as for the future of payments, but the implementation process will, undoubtedly, be complex and will open up numerous legal, technical, security, user and ethical questions that the author will try to answer. Finally, the author analyses the possibility of stopping the inflation caused by low nominal interest rates, excessive money printing and the forced stoppage of the economy for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic with the introduction of CBDC

Avtorica analizira predlog ZVPot-1 na področju prenosa Direktive 1999/44/ES. Direktiva 1999/44/ES predstavlja temelje evropskega varstva potrošnikov, saj ureja osrednje institute obligacijskega prava - obvezno jamčevanje prodajalca za neskladnosti potrošniškega blaga s pogodbo in prostovoljno garancijo. Ob upoštevanju relevantne sodne prakse slovenskih sodišč, izhodišč pravne teorije in ciljev predloga ZVPot-1 ter Direktive avtorica ocenjuje primernost implementacije posameznih institutov. Author is analyzing legislative proposal ZVPot-1 regarding transposition of Directive 1999/44/ES. Directive deals with main institutes of the law of the contract - seller\u27s mandatory liability for non-conformity of goods with the contract and voluntary guarantee. Therefore it represents foundation of European consumer protection. Consumer Protection Act, which is currently covering this field, is incomplete and inconsistent with requirements of the Directive 1999/44/ES. With the aim to ensure legal regime that will be consistent with requirements of the EU law, author critically discusses its legislative solutions and proposes appropriate amendments. The main part of analysis represents comparison of legislative proposal ZVPot-1 with requirements of Directive 1999/44/ES and relevant case law of the European Court of Justice. When assessing the suitability of implementation of Directive author takes into consideration relevant Slovenian case law, principles of legal literature and goals of Directive and legislative proposal. Author also takes notice of importance of consistency between the general Obligation Act and Consumer Protection Act and a need for clarity and feasibility of legislative regulation
