że dane procesowe, będące podstawą tejże identyfikacji i analizy, mogą zostać pozyskane
z repozytoriów bazodanowych. Poza zaprezentowaniem istoty proponowanej metody,
wyeksponowano proceduralne aspekty identyfikacji procesów biznesowych oraz –
ponieważ autor testował także tę metodę w obszarze procesów ewidencji księgowej organizacji/
instytucji – w celach ilustracyjnych przedstawiono studium przypadku dotyczące
procesu obróbki faktur.The aim of this paper is to present a method of identifying and analyzing
business processes, supported by information technology, which means that the process
data underlying this identification and analysis can be obtained from database repositories.
In addition to presenting the essence of the proposed method, the procedural aspects
of business process identification were highlighted and – as the author also tested this
method in the accounting area of organizations/institutions – a case study on the invoice
processing process was presented for illustrative purposes

No full textThe development of the automotive industry resulting in an increased flow of goods and people, and the increase in the number of moving vehicles, especially in recent years in international traffic, additionally exacerbated by Poland's accession to the European Union, and then to the Schengen area, results in certain inconveniences for vehicle drivers moving in cross-border traffic. These inconveniences result from the existing barriers or restrictions introduced in the areas of individual countries by national road traffic regulations. As a result, often as a result of ignorance (ignorance of the regulations), road traffic regulations in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland are violated by drivers coming to us from neighboring countries. The text, based on numerous examples, is an attempt to approximate some of the differences in national legislation (in terms of road traffic) and approximation of the impact of international regulations on the obligations of cross-border traffic participants.Rozwój motoryzacji pociągający za sobą zwiększony przepływ towarów i osób, i widoczny szczególnie w ostatnich latach wzrost ilości pojazdów poruszających się w ruchu międzynarodowym, spotęgowany dodatkowo wstąpieniem Polski do Unii Europejskiej, a następnie do strefy Schengen skutkuje pewnymi niedogodnościami dla przemieszczających się w ruchu transgranicznym kierujących pojazdami. Niedogodności te wynikają z istniejących barier czy ograniczeń wprowadzanych na obszarach poszczególnych państw krajowymi przepisami ruchu drogowego. Skutkiem tego, często w wyniku nieświadomości (nieznajomości przepisów), dochodzi do naruszenia regulacji ruchu drogowego obowiązujących na terenie Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej przez kierujących przybywających do nas z krajów ościennych. Tekst w oparciu o liczne przykłady jest próbą przybliżenia niektórych z różnic istniejących w ustawodawstwach krajowych (w zakresie ruchu drogowego) i przybliżenia wpływu, jaki wywierają przepisy międzynarodowe na obowiązki uczestników ruchu transgranicznego

No full textThe author shares his reflections on state of art in housing and urban planning, deficiencies, expectations and possibilities in the Sahel region of Africa. He notices, that the housing problem in Africa is one of the challenges, which should be solved in order to recover life dignity of African people and secure their rights to traditional family life in acceptable conditions. The paper describes the studies on the typical dispersed urban structures and the need to foster this type of settlement structure and proposals of introduction of new on light steel frame housing system in the area of Sahel, combining the traditional way of building houses with modern technology. The particularly analysed case, is the housing problem in the Republic of Chad. The author presents the basic discussion on this topic and his architectural proposals. Unfortunately, the gap between the needs and the financial feasibility of housing construction in this area, makes this project already at the starting point extremely difficult to be realized without external subventions.Problem mieszkaniowy w Afryce jest jednym z wyzwań, które należy rozwiązać, aby Afrykanie mogli odzyskać godność życiową i zabezpieczyć swoje prawa do tradycyjnego życia rodzinnego w akceptowalnych warunkach. W artykule opisano badania nad typowymi rozproszonymi strukturami miejskimi i potrzebą wspierania tego typu struktur osadniczych oraz propozycji wprowadzenia nowego systemu konstrukcji domów, opartym na lekkim szkielecie stalowym, łączącym tradycyjny sposób budowania domów z nowoczesną technologią. Przypadkiem szczególnie analizowanym jest problem mieszkaniowy w Republice Czadu. Autor przedstawia podstawową dyskusję na ten temat i swoje propozycje architektoniczne. Niestety luka między potrzebami mieszkaniowymi w Czadzie a finansową wykonalnością budownictwa mieszkaniowego w tym obszarze sprawia, że projekt ten, już w punkcie wyjścia, jest niezwykle trudny do realizacji bez uzyskania zewnętrznych dotacji
