    Abstract – The  aim of this research is to know the influence of TV commercials toward the consumptive behavior of childrens. For this purpose an analytical survey method was adopted. The sample was taken by cluster random sampling technique based on primary school 13 Serang. Based on minimal amount of sample and the Krejcie table, 39 student were taken as its sample. Primary data were obtained by questionnaire, interview and observation and enriched by documentation analysis as secondary data. Data collected were: slogan, commercial model, repetition, and motivation. Collected data were analyzed by path analysis. The result shows that aside of the following factors: slogan, model, repetition, motivation, were partially significant in influencing the childrens attitude to the product. Slogan, model, repetition, motivation, age, education and attitude were collectively significant in influencing consumptive behaviour of the childrens.     The Covid-19 pandemic has caused various social and economic problems, the impact of which is felt by the      community to be extreme. People who are economically weak, have acces and education in a pandemic situation are faced with groups of people we have dominat power, and have implications for unbalanced competition in socio economis life. Empowerment is one of the strategies so thet weak communities can have empowerment and are to solve problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic voluntarily and independently.Exsploration of previous studies and literature review are strategies and techniques in constructing empowerment strategies. The results of this study indicate that empowerment must be based on the potential strength of culture, values, and local wisdom of the community. Social capital becomes energy in increasing community empowerment and capacity. The stages in the empowerment strategy that must be carried out are site selection, socialization and empowerment. The right form of empowerment in the Covid-19 pandemic era is Community Based Empowerment, while social capital can be designed to strengthen community social capital in the Covid-19 pandemic era, namely (1) Social bounding (2) Social bridging (3) Social linking. The construction of community empowerment strategies lies in the positioning of local wisdom, local potentials, individual characteristics and regional characteristics as energy in the empowerment process. The recommendations produced in this study are the need for the concept of empowerment and strengthening of social capital capacity that is implementable, measurable and leads to increased creativity and innovation of the community.Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan berbagai persoalan sosial, ekonomi yang dampaknya dirasakan ekstrem oleh masyarakat. Pemberdayaan merupakan salah satu strategi agar masyarakat lemah dapat memiliki keberdayaan dan mampu menyelesaikan persoalan-persoalan sosial ekonomi dan politik yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi Covid-19 secara mandiri. Eksplorasi terhadap penelitian-penelitian terdahulu dan kajian pustaka merupakan startegi dan teknik dalam mengkonstruksi strategi pemberdayaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan harus berbasis pada kekuatan potensi budaya, nilai-nilai, dan kearifan lokal masyarakat. Modal sosial menjadi energi dalam meningkatkan keberdayaan dan kapasitas masyarakat. Adapun tahapan dalam strategi pemberdayaan yang harus dilakukan adalah seleksi lokasi, sosialisasi dan kegiatan pemberdayaan. Bentuk pemberdayaan yang tepat di era pandemi Covid-19 adalah Community Based Empowerment, sedangkan modal sosial dapat dirancang dalam penguatan modal sosial masyarakat di era pandemi Covid-19 yakni (1) Social bounding (2) Social bridging (3) Social linking. Konstruksi startegi pemberdayaan masyarakat terletak pada diposisikannya kearifan lokal, potensi-potensi lokal, karakteristik individu dan karakeristik wilayah sebagai energi dalam proses pemberdayaan. Adapun rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah diperlukannya konsep pemberdayaan dan penguatan kapasitas modal sosial yang implementatif, terukur dan mengarah pada peningkatan kreatifitas dan inovasi masyarakat

    Analogue switch-off (ASO) is the process of breaking off an analogue television signal so that digital transmission is completely adopted.     This study discusses the perspective of social change communication on electrification for people who use 2-wheeled vehicles. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collected from journals, articles, and books related to the perspective of social change communication related to electrification for people who use 2-wheeled vehicles which are described empirically. The conclusion obtained is that the public needs to be educated by means of good communication, as a form of the world's green campaign to welcome carbon neutrality in 2030, in this case 2-wheeled electric vehicles can be used as the right and comprehensive mobility solution for users who are currently still using fossil fuel vehicles. This can also be used as part of the social change of society in the current era to reduce the effects of global warming, and reduce the impact of greenhouse gases, especially in urban areas, especially those derived from exhaust gas expenditures in the form of carbon emissions containing pollutants. This change in the use of 2-wheeled electric vehicles also helps in the formation of social changes for the community and the environment to benefit from environmental conditions and healthier air quality

PR can therefore be considered a company's portrait. It is the organization's eyes, ears, and spokesperson at the same time. When an organization is in a state of instability, public relations takes the lead, when it is in a state of stability, it remains diligent in research and analysis, and when a firm advances, it stands behind and supports all of the organization's supporting activities and initiatives. In other words, Public Relations is an absolute necessity. PR serves as a facilitator and mediator between an organization and the public during a crisis. In my preamble, I underlined the importance of public relations in organizations, particularly in Indonesia, which, from my perspective, still gives PR meaning and places it in a significantly different position than it should

    Priwisata merupakan sektor penting dalam mendorong pembangnandan pertmbuhan ekonomi nasional. Salah satu pendekatan pengembangan pariwisata yang startegis dewasa ini adalah desa wisata. Desa Wisata Tanjung Pasir merupakan wisata pesisir pantai yang dalam pelaksanaannya desa wisata ini menemui berbagai kendala. Salah satunya adalah terbatasnya proses diseminsi informasi terkait potensi wisata yang menyebabkan masyarakat luas tidak mengetahui keberadaan dari desa wisata ini. Website merupakan solusi strategis yang dapat dijadikan sarana diseminasi informasi yang dapat menjangkau khalayak luas tanpa dibatasi oleh jarak dan waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah FGD dan substitsi IPTEKS. FGD ditujukan untuk menggali informasi terkait potensi wisata sedangkan substitusi IPTEKS adalah cara membuat, menawarkan dan mengaplikasikan teknologi yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya website Tanjung Pasir yakni tanjungpasir.com yang dapat diakses oleh kalangan luas dan pemetaan potensi-potensi wisata yang dibutuhkan bagi pemerintah dalam membuat program pengembangan wisata. Website terdiri dari fitur home, jelajah, blog, video dan kontak. Dengan adanya website, informasi terkait desa wisata menjadi lebih mudah diakses oleh masyarakat luas. Adanya website juga menuntut pengelolaan desa wisata agar lebih profesional, modern dan mampu bersaing dengan objek wisata lainnya. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiataan ini diantaranya diperlukannya maintanance terhadap website yang sudah dibuat, dengan memperbahari informasi, video dan gambar terbaru. Diperlukan pendampingan dan kontrol terukur atas pelaksanaan pengembangan desa wisata baik oleh pemerintah,  masyarakat, pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat sekitar. Kerjasama dengan pihak swasta perlu digagas oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat agar pengembangan Desa Wisata Tanjung Pasir lebih tersinergi

    The author argues that Serbian neka is a verbal particle introducing a specific mood - concessims. She analyses neka-constructions in different types of dependent clauses and compares Serbian neka-constructions with their equivalents in other Slavic languages.     The author analyses the question and application of technology. The author draws on the works of Heidegger, Marcuse and Jonas. The emphasis is on Marcuse since he best developed the theory of liberation through technology and offered a detailed vision of aesthetic ethos. The author first discusses Heidegger’s understanding of technology which largely influenced Marcuse. Then, the author discusses Jonas’ proposition for a new ethics for technological civilization. Finally, drawing on Heidegger, Marcuse, Jonas and Simondon, the author proposes the term “technoaesthetics” as a notion that describes and captures a qualitatively different idea of the usage and application of technology.U radu autor analizira pitanje i upotrebu tehnologije. Autor se poziva na rad Hajdegera, Markuzea i Jonasa. Naglasak je na radu Markuzea jer je on na najbolji način razvio teoriju oslobađanja kroz tehnologiju i ponudio detaljnu viziju estetike etosa. Autor prvo predstavlja Hajdegerovo poimanje tehnologije na koje je u velikoj meri uticao rad Markuzea. Zatim, autor razmatra Jonasovu premisu za novu etiku tehnološke civilizacije.     The author analyzes the sources concerned with the motives and the time of the arrival of the Lombards in Slovenia. In his opinion they moved from Pannonia towards Italy in A.D. 568, having made an agreement with Byzantium. In this context the author offers a new interpretation of Procopius notes on the "Noric city" and on "fortifications in Pannonia", presents Ildigis's journey from what is now Slovakia to Italy, and suggests a new dating of Lombard archaeological finds in Slovenia, as well as of the famous princcly grave at Brežac near Buzet. The duchy of Friuli, extending onto the territory of the present-day Slovenia, was a Byzantine ally up to A.D. 602 when duke Gisulf, pressured by the Lombard king Agilulf, was forced to break the alliance with Byzantium and to recognize the Lombard king. Even afterwards the Lombards remained allied with the Avars and Slavs; hence the reports of Paulus Diaconus about hostilities, commonly placed in A.D. 611, in fact refer to A.D. 602. For later reports, from the years 663, 664 and 705, the author gives new explanations. Actual hostilities began as late as 737, upon the incursion of the duke of Friuli, Ratchis, into the present-day territory of Slovenia.Avtor analizira vire, ki govorijo o razlogih in o času prihoda Langobardov v Slovenijo. Po njegovem mnenju so se leta 568 napotili iz Panonijc proti Italiji po dogovoru z Bizancem. V tej zvezi avtor na novo razlaga Prokopijevo poročilo o "Noriškem mestu" in o "utrdbah v Panoniji" ter Ildigisovo potovanje iz sedanje Slovaške v Italijo in predlaga novo datiranje langobardskih arheoloških najdb v Sloveniji, pa tudi znanega knežjega groba v Brežcu blizu Buzeta. Furlansko vojvodstvo. ki je obsegalo tudi dele sedanje Slovenije, je bilo bizantinski zaveznik celo do leta 602, ko je moral vojvoda Gisulf pod pritiskom langobardskega kralja Agilulfa pretrgati zavezništvo z Bizanccm in priznati langobardskega kralja. Langobardi so tudi poslej ostali zavezniki Avarov in Slovanov, tako da se poročila Pavla Diakona o sovražnostih, ki se običajno postavljajo v leto 611, nanašajo na leto 602. Za poznejša poročila iz let 663 . 664 in 705 daje avtor nove razlage. Do pravih sovražnosti je prišlo šele leta 737, ob vdoru furlanskega vojvode Ratchisa na območje sedanje Slovenije
