    Diplomsko delo vsebuje opis delne realizacije računalniško vodenega triosnega mehanizma. Poudarek diplomskega dela je na izvedbi električnega in programskega dela. Mehanski del, ki trenutno še ni realiziran, bo sestavljen iz linearnih vodil in voden z brezkrtačnimi servo motorji. Električni načrt smo izdelali s programom EPLAN, nato pa smo električno omarico sestavili in med seboj povezali električne komponente. Vodenje mehanizma je izvedeno z uporabo krmilnika vodenja DMC podjetja Galil Motion Control. Programski del smo izdelali s programom LabVIEW, proizvajalca National Instruments. Realizirani programi omogočajo inicializacijo mehanizma, nastavitev PID-parametrov položajnega regulatorja za izbrano os, inkrementalno pomikanje izbrane osi itd. Ti programi so bili nadalje integrirani v kompleksnejšo aplikacijo, ki omogoča vodenje mehanizma z uporabo ukaznih komand v obliki standardne G-kode.This diploma work includes a description of partially realized computer-controlled three-axis mechanism. An emphasis of this work is on electrical and programming part. Mechanical part, which is not yet realized, will be composed of linear positioners and will be driven by brushless servo motors. Electrical plan was created using EPLAN. Based on this plan, we assemble and connect electrical components in the main electrical box. Motion control of mechanism is implemented by using DMC motion controller from Galil Motion Control company. Programing part has been realized using National Instruments LabVIEW. Developed programs enable initialization of mechanism, setting PID parameters of position controller for selected axis, incremental move of selected axis, etc.. These programs have been further integrated into more complex application that allows control of mechanism using standard G-code

    Dandanes so CAD/CAM sistemi že tako razširjeni, da si konstruiranja in izdelave orodja brez teh sistemov ne znamo predstavljati. V svoji diplomski nalogi sem sistematično prikazal izdelavo CNC programa s programskim paketom HyperMILL za 5 osni rezkalni stroj in sicer na praktičnem primeru. Orodje, za katerega bo izdelan NC-program je namenjeno brizganju avtomobilskih vzglavnikov. Poleg praktičnega primera so predstavljeni CAD/ CAM sistemi in osnove brizganja poliuretanske pene ter tehnologije izdelave orodij. Ugotovljeno je, da je na današnji tempo industrije tako hiter, da je uporaba programskega paketa HyperMILL, postopka visokohitrostnega odrezavanja in pa pet osnega rezkalnega stroja, nujno potrebna, če podjetje želi ostati v stiku s konkurenco.Nowadays, CAD/CAM systems are so widespread that we cannot imagine design and manufacture of tools without these systems. In my diploma is systematically shown the production of CNC program with the software package HyperMILL for 5-axis milling machine through a practical example. NC-program will be produced for mold for automotive head restraints. In addition, practical examples are presented CAD/CAM systems and bases of molding polyurethane foam technology and tool manufacturing. It is noted that in today\u27s fast pace of the industry is use of the software package HyperMILL, high speed cutting process and the five axis milling machine, essential if the company wants to stay in touch with the competition

    Magistrska naloga zajema izdelavo kinematičnega modela CNC-stružnice GF NDM16 in vstavljanje v poprocesor CAM-programa. V teoretičnem delu so obravnavane simulacije CNC-obdelovalnih strojev in poprocesorjev v sodobnih CAM-programih. V praktičnem delu je predstavljen potek izdelave 3D-modela obdelovalnega stroja GF NDM16. Opisano je modeliranje stroja in izdelava kinematičnega modela. Po korakih je predstavljeno vstavljanje modela stroja v CAM-program in opis nastavitev poprocesorja. Obrazložen je še potek testiranja modela stroja, kjer je predstavljena izbira primernega obdelovanca in postopek izbire orodij, ter operacij za njegovo izdelavo. Nazadnje je še opisana izvedba računalniške simulacije obdelave, z namenom zaznave in odprave trkov. Izdelani model je bil testiran tudi na stroju. S tem smo zagotovili, da model stroja ustreza dejanskemu stanju.Master thesis covers the creation of the kinematic model of CNC lathe GF NDM16 and inserting it into postprocessor of CAM program. In the theoretical part are presented simulations of CNC machine tools and postprocessors in modern CAM programs. In the experimental part is presented the design of 3D model of the machine tool GF NDM16. It is described the modelling of the machine and a creation of kinematic model. Step by step is described the inserting of the machine model in the CAM program and settings of the postprocessor. There is explained the course of the testing machine model, the selection of the suitable workpiece, the procedure of choosing tools and also the operations for workpiece production. At the end it is described machine tool simulation with intention of detecting and eliminating collisions. Constructed model was also tested on the machine. In this way we ensured that the machine model corresponded to the reality

Seveda je tukaj vredno omeniti tudi zahteve za posamezen stroj, katere se začnejo že z samimi potrebami po določeni tehnologiji in naprej do izgradnje temeljev ter na koncu postavitev stroja v obrat. Vendar se zahteve tukaj ne končajo, saj tako stroji, kot njihova orodja zahtevajo neprestano kontrolo in menjave za katere je zelo zaželeno, da so ti časi čim krajši ali celo možnost, pri kateri ustavitev stroja za kontrolo ali menjavo sploh ni potrebna.Machine tools in all industries represent the driving force of each company or even an individual. One of the advantages of machine technology is the high precision of products, which also provides the ensuring of conditions in regard of the type of machine, which we supply in regard of the needs. Of course, it is worth mentioning the requirements for each machine, which start already by the technology needs and continue by building foundations and in the end by setting the machine in the plant. However, the requirements do not end here, since machines, and their tools require continual control and replacement of which it is highly desirable that these times are as short as possibleor even offer the possibility that it is not necessary to stop the machinery for control or replacement at all

    V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen proces razvoja in izdelave prednje traktorske hidravlike za traktor Zetor 7341 super turbo. V diplomski nalogi so opisane osnove prednjih traktorskih hidravlik. Nato je predstavljen potek izdelave konstrukcije, ki vključuje iskanje informacij, snovanje sestavnih delov, podsklopov ter sklopa konstrukcije ter izdelave tehnologije od izdelave delovnega naloga, na katerem so napisane operacije laserskega razreza, upogibanja pločevine, rezkanja, struženja ter vrtanja. Vsaka izmed tehnologij je tudi splošno predstavljena. Predstavljen je tudi preračun hidravličnih cilindrov. Rezultati prikazujejo oceno končne izdelave ter ovire in dodatne aktivnosti, ki bi bile potrebne, za serijsko izdelavo prednjih traktorskih hidravlik.In the thesis the process of developing and conducting the front linkage for Zetor 7341 Super Turbo tractor is presented. First, the fundamentals of front tractor hydraulics are described. Then the construction process is explained, including information seeking, the formation of basic parts, subassemblies and construction assembly, as well as the development of technology, starting with the work order, where laser cut, sheet metal bending, turning, milling and drilling operations are detailed. Each of the technologies is also broadly described, followed by the presentation of hydraulic cylinder calculation. The results reveal the final production assessment, as well as the obstacles and additional activities, necessary for the serial production of front tractor hydraulics

Diplomska naloga se ukvarja s problemom izbire ustrezne tehnologije razreza pločevine, ki lahko bistveno zniža proizvodne stroške, poveča produktivnost in s tem tudi konkurenčnost podjetja. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni različni postopki razreza pločevine, ki so primerne za razrez pločevin, ki se uporabljajo v industriji tovornih nadgradenj. Opisane so prednosti in slabosti posamezne tehnologije, opravljena je analiza tehnoloških značilnosti in opredelitev najprimernejše tehnologije za podjetje, ki se ukvarja s tovornimi nadgradnjami.The first phase of the production process, i.e. sheet metal cutting, is also important for achieving the production and business goals of a company active in the truck upgrade industry. The diploma thesis deals with the problem of choosing the appropriate sheet metal cutting technology, which can significantly reduce production costs, increase productivity and competitiveness of the company. The diploma thesis presents various procedures of computer-controlled machines for sheet metal cutting, which are appropriate for sheet metal cutting, that are used in the truck upgrade industry. It describes the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, analytes the technological characteristics and defines the most suitable technology for a company engaged in truck upgrades

In this paper is made a brief overview of the main constituent components of machine tools and their properties, which are necessary for a machine to be considered as suitable for tool making.     Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj vpenjalne priprave za rezkanje industrijskega noža, namenjenega razkroju recikliranih odpadkov. Analizirano je obstoječe stanje, izpostavljene so pomanjkljivosti trenutnega vpenjanja ter predstavljeni različni koncepti izboljšav. Koncepte primerjamo z vidika učinkovitosti, preprostosti, ergonomije in stroškov. Sledi razdelava konstrukcijskih risb ter stroškovna analiza, na podlagi katere izberemo optimalno rešitev. V zaključku s simulacijo potrdimo časovni prihranek nove priprave. Delo obravnava aktualen problem iz prakse, ki zahteva hitro zaznavanje in odpravo pomanjkljivosti v proizvodnem procesu.The thesis focuses on the development of a clamping fixture for milling an industrial knife used in the breakdown of recycled waste. The current state is analyzed, highlighting the shortcomings of the existing clamping method and presenting various improvement concepts. These concepts are compared in terms of efficiency, simplicity, ergonomics, and cost. The work includes detailed technical drawings and a cost analysis, which leads to the selection of the most optimal solution. In the final part, a simulation confirms the time savings achieved with the new fixture. The thesis addresses a real-world industrial issue that requires quick identification and resolution.

    Diplomsko delo predstavlja računalniško podprto programiranje CNC stružnice z gnanimi orodji s programskim paketom Edgecam. V diplomskem delu so podrobneje opisani koraki računalniško podprtega programiranja, od izdelave CAD modela, računalniško podprtega programiranja in generiranja CNC kode s programom Edgecam. Poleg programiranja delo zajema tudi načine programiranja, CNC tehnologije in CNC stružnico z gnanimi orodji. Programiranje prikazuje obdelavo preprostega obdelovanca s postopki struženja, vrtanja in rezkanja z gnanimi orodji. Za vsako obdelovalno operacijo so dodane slike s podrobnim opisom poteka dela, parametrov posameznih operacij in orodij. Na koncu diplomskega dela je prikaz simulacije celotne obdelave s kratko analizo in postopek generiranja in izvoza CNC kode.This diploma thesis presents computer aided programming of CNC lathe with live tooling with the use of Edgecam software. The thesis describes detailed steps of computer aided programming of CAD model, computer aided programming and CNC code generation with Edgecam software. Besides programming this thesis also includes types of programming, CNC technologies and CNC lathe with live tooling. Programming represents the creation of a simple workpiece with turning, drilling and milling processes with live tooling. For each machining operation, there are added pictures with detailed descriptions of workflow, parameters of each operation and tools. At the end of the thesis there is a display of complete machining simulation with a brief analysis and generation, and export of CNC code

Manjši del diplomskega dela obsega opis stroja Nakamura-Tome Super NTJ, večji del pa postopke izdelave polža in polžnika. Pri opisovanju postopkov izdelave polža in polžnika sem se omejil na proces žaganja, struženja, rezkanja, kaljenja, brušenja in graviranja logotipa. Prikazana je tudi časovna in stroškovna analiza izdelave polžne dvojice.Diploma work refers to the field of manufacturing worm gear pair. It contains the theoretical and practical description of manufacturing of worm gear pair. A minor part of the work includes description of the machine Nakamura-Tome Super NTJ, whereas the main part consists of the manufacturing processes of worm and worm gear. In describing the manufacturing processes of worm and worm gear the work is focused on the process of sawing, turning, milling, hardening, grinding and engraving the logo.
