    A transcript of an oral history of Maria Fernandez, ESL/Migrant Facilitator at Century High School, on Hispanics in the Hillsboro schools. Maria Fernandez works with the Migrant Worker Program. Students from Mexico face language and cultural barriers. The Hillsboro Outreach program is providing more agencies to help the students. During the interview Fernandez explains the need for parents to be educated about our system. As a result they would be able to more effectively help their children. The Migrant Worker Summer School program helps kids keep up with English skills as well as classes. However, she retierates the need for more Hispanic mentors for students and parents

    Dan Fernandez, Sr., discusses his family\u27s business, Naviera Coffee Mills. The interview begins with a brief history of the business, which was started in 1921 by Mr. Fernandez\u27s grandfather and great-uncle. Mr. Fernandez describes the role of coffee and cafés in Ybor City. There is a lengthy discussion of how Naviera selects and roasts its coffee beans, and how roasting and brewing lead to different types of coffee. The interview continues by returning to Naviera\u27s history and early business practices, touching upon other coffee corporations such as Starbucks. A discussion of the Columbia and its relationship with Naviera Coffee Mills concludes the interview

    The files contain proteomics output datasets associated with the manuscript entitled: "Two independent respiratory chains adapt OXPHOS performance to glycolytic switch" by Fernandez-Vizarra et al. (2022). The first file (data for Figure 3A) is the result of a SILAC-based quantitative proteomics analysis on mitochondria from HEK 293T SCAFI-KO, COX7A2-KO and DOUBLE-KO in comparison with WT cells.The other two files contain peptide intensity maps and hierarchical clustering analysis derived from Complexome Profiling experiments (native electrophoresis separation followed by mass spectrometry) performed in two human postmitotic tissues, I.e, brain fronatal cortex and skeletal muscle. These data were used to create Figures 4A and 4B, respectively
