Prostorski konflikti: Analiza bremena, ki nastane zaradi različne rabe prostora
The article proposes a procedure for determining the location of potential spatial conflicts. The author presents issues concerning spatial conflicts which may arise as a result of different uses of spaces adjacent to each other. The proposed procedure has been tested on one of the districts of Poland’s Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, namely Nidzicki District. In order to determine the use of the space, CLC databases made available by the Chief Environmental Protection Inspectorate were used. Based on them, the use of fragments of space, which were also differentiated due to their natural value, was determined. For the thus described space, a map of burden of potential spatial conflicts was compiled. The proposed method may be used as a tool supporting the processes of space planning and monitoring the environmental changes.V članku avtorica predlaga postopek za določanje lokacije morebitnih prostorskih konfliktov.

Here are seventy-five German presentations of FC, starting from Martin Luther's. They are fun! They certainly go in different directions. I have not read the commentary from Freud, but I have enjoyed the Notarikon from Friedrich Logau (12), a puzzling version from an unknown poet (19), Joseph von Eichendorff's akrostichon (25), Wagner's alliterative version Füchse fressen fröhlich (33), Wilhelm Busch's verse (36), Arthur Conan-Doyle's Geheimnisse eines Schlossparks (42), five German limericks (60), Knäbli und Räbli for first-grade schoolchildren (78), and a script for a television presentation for children (94). Just as she returns home from shopping, Herr Fuchs asks Frau Rabe if he might borrow her newspaper. She goes into the house to get it for him, and returns of course to find that the cheese is gone from her shopping bag. There is a short essay on the meaning of Travestie by the author at the very end. This is a hardbound book (hard cover)This book has a dust jacket (book cover)Language note: GermanGerhard Grümme
Enhancing human computer interaction with episodic memory in a virtual guide
Rabe F, Wachsmuth I. Enhancing human computer interaction with episodic memory in a virtual guide. In: Kurosu M, ed. Human-Computer Interaction: Interaction Modalities and Techniques, Part IV, HCII 2013. Lecture Notes in Computer Science. Vol 8007. Heidelberg: Springer; 2013: 117-125.Have you ever found yourself in front of a computer and asking it aloud: “Why?” We have constructed a cognitively motivated episodic memory system that enables a virtual guide to respond to this question. The guide, a virtual agent based on a belief–desire–intention (BDI) architecture, is employed in a Virtual Reality (VR) scenario where he accompanies a human visitor on a tour through a city. In this paper we explain how the agents memorizes events and episodes according to an event-indexing model and how the interaction is enhanced by using these memories. We argue that due to the cognitively motivated nature of the event-indexing model every interaction situation can be described, memorized, recalled and explained by the agent

Low-Cost Image Generation for Immersive Multi-Screen Environments
Rabe F, Fröhlich C, Latoschik ME. Low-Cost Image Generation for Immersive Multi-Screen Environments. In: Latoschik ME, Fröhlich B, eds. Virtuelle und Erweiterte Realität – 4. Workshop der GI-Fachgruppe VR/AR. Aachen, Germany: Shaker; 2007: 65-76.This paper describes the configuration of a cost-efficient monolithic render server aimed at multi-screen Virtual Reality display devices. The system uses common Of-The-Shelf (OTS) PC components and feeds up to 6 independent screens via 3 graphics pipes with the potential to feed up to 12 screens. The internal graphics accelerators each use at least 8 PCIe lanes which results in sufficient bandwidth. Performance measurements are provided for several benchmarks which compare the system's performance to well established network based render clusters
