    The T'ang Chuan-ma-fang 伝馬坊 and Ch'ang-hsing-fang 長行坊 Systems in the Western Frontier Region

    T’ang set up special transport facilities called Chuan-ma-fang (伝馬坊) which were initially attached to each chou (州) in the district of the Liang-chou tu-tu-fu (涼州都書府: Liang-chou Government-General). It is probable that these facilities managed the Chuan-ma (伝馬) and Chuan-lü (伝驢), and connected every chou in this region. They controlled not only general official communications but also the transportation of military commodities to the western frontier region. T’ang divorced the Chuan-ma-fang from the management of the I (駅), but it functioned within the framework of the I-chuan (駅伝) sysem which was regulated by the Lü-ling (律令: T’ang codes and statutes).On the other hand, the transport facilities called Ch’ang-hsing-fang (長行坊) undertook official communications and transportation in the districts of Hsi-chou (西州) and Pei-t’ing(北庭) which were under the rule of the Tu-hu-tu (都護府: government office of the governor-general). These facilities were established for the Chen-shou-chün (鎭守軍: stationary troops), which were born of the Hsing-chün (行軍: expeditionary troops) sent to Hsi-chou and Pei-t’ing, and their management deviated from the framework of the I-chuan system. Judging from these facts the appellation “Ch’ang-hsing (長行)” attached to Ch’ang-hsing-fang was in contraposition to the “Chuan (伝)” of the Chuan-ma- fang which was within the I-chuan system.As T’ang set up stationary troops controlled by the Chieh-tu-shih (節度使) in the district of the Liang-chou tu-tu-fu from the end of the7th century, the Ch’ang-hsing-fang system, which was for the stationary troops in Hsi-chou and Pei-t’ing, replaced the Chuan-ma-fang system in this area. It is to be assumed that the Ch’ih-chien-hsiao-ch’ang-hsing-shih (勅検校長行使) was the head of the office which aimed at the centralization of control over the transport facilities called Ch’ang-hsing-fang in all areas. From the above, it may be concluded that the Ch’ang-hsing-fang grew into the communications and transportation system of the Ho-hsi-dao (河西道) which was established in the second year of Ching-yün (景雲) under the Chieh-tu-shih system.journal articl

    The purpose of this paper is to put into some kind of logical order blockprinted editions of the early Qing period scholar Liu Zhi 劉智’s Tian-Fang Dian-Li 天方典禮 and Tian-Fang Zhi-Sheng Shi-Lu 天方至聖實錄 that were transmitted to Japan and examine the conditions under which the Islamic works written by Muslims of the late Ming / early Qing period were circulated and handed down.The oldest extant edition of Tian-Fang Dian-Li was published by Yang Fei-lu 楊斐菉 in 康煕 49 (1710) and that of Tian-Fang Zhi-Sheng Shi-Lu was published in Cheng-du 成都 by Huan-chun-tang 還淳堂 in 道光 7 (1827).There are three different extant editions of Tian-Fang Dian-Li: the Tong Guo-xuan, Dian-nan 滇南 and Jiang-zhang-tang 絳帳堂 editions. There was also a Huan-chun-tang edition, as seen in a preface by Huan-chun-tang’s Ma Da-en 馬大恩 appearing in the Dian-nan and the Bao-zhen-tang 寶眞堂 Huang-chun-tang edition.There are two different editions of Tian-Fang Zhi-Sheng Shi-Lu: The Huan-chun-tang and Zhen-jiang Mosque editions. The list of Islamic literature contained in the Tong-zhi 同治 13 / Guang-xu 光緒 1 (1874) printings of the latter is important for knowing about publication of that genre during the late Ming / early Qing period.After many Islamic works written by Muslims at that time were published by Ma Da-en in Cheng-du during the Dao-guang 道光 era (1830s and 40s), similar publication continued during the Tong-zhi era (1860s) in Yunnan 雲南, and then by Yuhaiting 余海亭 in Cheng-du. Therefore, in southeast China, the publication of Islamic books followed a route from Cheng-du to Yunnan, then back to Cheng-du, with Ma Da-en playing the pioneering role.In addition, Islamic works preserved in Zhen-jiang and Guang-dong 広東 became very valuable after the loss of many books due to the Muslim risings of the Tong-zhi era.Finally, the author points out that there is no evidence that the works of Liu-Zhi were published or printed by either the Shan-xi 陝西 or Shan-dong 山東 Schools.journal articl

    行動研究理論近年來被廣泛的應用到社區實證經驗研究中,本文希冀藉由對都市社區新型態社群網絡的經驗研究,探討社區資本對於前述新型態社群網絡永續經營的策略與新社區經營模式。 本文研究對象為石牌地區『竹苑藝坊』社群網絡及其網絡成員。該組織主要活耀於台北市北投區,位於典型都市新移民會集之處,網絡成員則泛指受『竹苑藝坊』義工組織服務或影響的生活區域內的成員而言。 本文首先檢視「竹苑藝坊」社區工作發展脈絡及演變,依據其社區動員與組織力量的演進,概分為三個時期:第一期為宗教關懷事業的啟蒙與轉化期;第二期為『竹苑藝坊』參與振華社區發展協會時期,係指以振華社區及其鄰近地區為主要工作場域的時期;第三期則為社區成功經驗的外移培力期,主要針對特定對象從事社區工作經驗交流與技術培力;並試圖自「竹苑藝坊」義工社群網絡形塑過程中,透過對網絡成員參與社區行動的觀察與分析、型塑過程運用的策略及步驟,作為探討社區資本對於前述新型態社群網絡永續經營的策略與新社區經營模式的依據。 本文發現:社區資本的形成對於「竹苑藝坊」義工社群網絡的建構扮演舉足輕重的角色。其中人力資本的形成與累積呈現階段性、其運作是一個環狀系統;社區經營策略則必須具備以「生涯帶狀式」為主的義工培力策略、選擇居民有興趣的策略性工具;接受社區經營的新觀念:社區經營是過程主義而非目的導向、經費募集必須做到供需平衡、有效防瀆的機制;並提出以下的假設性策略:義工組織是網絡內最重要的關鍵性因素、建立「信任」機制、凝聚共識、擴大義工培訓計劃、整合資源。從「竹苑藝坊」社區網絡經驗研究中發現,其已開創社區經營新模式,透過照護社區、生活社區、文化社區三步驟,逐步將社區推入永續經營的境界。The theory of action research has been widely applied to studying practical community experiences. Through looking into the new group network of some innovative urban communities, this study explores how community capital plays an important role in the sustainable managing strategies and patterns of these innovative communities. The study finds out that the formation of community capital is the crucial key to the network construction of the Zhu-yuan Yi-fang volunteer group. With different accumulation stages, the function of human capital is itself a ring network. Community management should primarily include banding career-cultivating strategies for volunteers, and choose proper implements interesting to the residents. Communities have to adopt new managing concepts, which reveal that the process of community management is far more significant than really achieving the goals. As for fund-raising, communities must find a balance between its expenses and supply with strict anti-corruption rules.     Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    基于内在空间距离的三生融合性估计: 以扬中市为例

    在三生空间研究中,三生融合一直处于概念定性范畴.如何量化出三生空间背后的空间相关性并估计三生融合状态对于调控各行政单元上的三生发展具有重要的指导意义.本文首先将研究对象间的三生空间关系通过内在空间距离进行估计,其中内在空间距离能够同时刻画出研究对象间的直线距离与三生结构差异.然后根据内在空间距离测算结果将三生融合定义为任意研究对象与研究区域中其余研究对象的空间关系总和相等.最后通过所有研究对象上的空间关系总和的差异程度来量化分析研究区域的三生融合性.实验结果表明,本文的方法能够有效地估计出研究区上的三生融合状态,并对如何进一步提升三生空间融合度具有指导意义
