    In October 2005 the Young Peoples Sexual Health Steering Group (YPSHSG) launched a consultation programme with Glasgow City’s teenage population to find out their views on a range of sexual health issues. (This consultation complemented an earlier similar piece of work conducted with parents in Glasgow). The YPSHSG commissioned FMR Research, an independent social research company based in Glasgow, to undertake the analysis of the data gathered, and report the findings. This questionnaire was but one strand of the consultation being undertaken with young people in Glasgow City. A separate qualitative research programme was also conducted by another independent company and this was reported on separately

    South West Glasgow CHCP is part of the second wave of pilot sites to implement the Keep Well approach to anticipatory care. This entails identifying individuals aged 45 – 64 who live in the most deprived areas, inviting them to a health screening, identifying health issues and referring patients to a range of health and wellbeing services. Two roles support this programme, provided by Community Renewal on behalf of South West Glasgow CHCP: the Health Case Manager (HCM) role and the Community Health Outreach Worker (CHOW) role. The role of the Health Case Manager is to provide one to one support for those with multiple or complex needs. FMR Research was commissioned in summer 2009 to explore the impact of the HCM and CHOW roles on the patient journey through Keep Well

The 'Safe T Rex' concept has been developed into a road safety story bag for P1 children.     NHS Greater Glasgow established the Live Active Referral Scheme in 1997 in partnership with Glasgow City Council. After an initial positive evaluation in 1999 the scheme gradually expanded to cover the newly formed NHSGGC. Each of the Local Authorities that are coterminous with NHSGGC work in partnership to deliver the scheme. In 2005 the Scottish Government awarded additional funds to enable the scheme to develop 3 enhancements. These were designed to increase capacity and improve compliance with the scheme. The purpose of this report is to identify the outcomes associated with scheme before the enhancements took place
