The purpose of this final report is to be qualified in order to complete the Diploma III in Accounting Major State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. This report entitled "Payroll Accounting System Analysis on PT. Ogan Raya" which is located in Demang Lebar Daun Street Kijang Mas Complex Palembang. In this final report, the authors collected data through observation and interview. Based on data obtained the author found some problems: no time function in charge to oversee the attendance list, no involvement of accounting function in the salary payment process, the company does not have a cash out document, and company documents need to be fixed. Therefore, the authors suggest PT. Ogan Raya adding accounting function and adding the cash out document. In addition, PT Ogan Raya should authorize on the present list recap by the Administration section
