No full textObservations of the catches carried out in the Gulf of Naples have led to the finding of a specimen of Paguristes streaensis Pastore, 1984. The place of collection is the Nisida Shoal (14'9'N - 40°47'E), Gulf of Pozzuoli (Naples), at a depth between 35 and 45 m; the collection was done in Apri1 2004. The hermit crab occupied a gastropod shell of the species Cerithium vulgatum Bruguière, 1792. This record extends its established distribution to the Tyrrhenian Sea

No full textNew records of alien and cryptogenic invertebrate marine species in Libya are reported here based on field surveys conducted from June to November 2018, in a shallow bay next to the city of Tripoli. Those identified here include the cerithiid gastropod Cerithium scabridum Philippi, 1848, the goniodoridid sea slug Okenia longiductis Pola, Paz-Sedano, Macali, Minchin, Marchini, Vitale, Licchelli and Crocetta, 2019, the “spaghetti bryozoan” Amathia verticillata (delle Chiaje, 1822), and the ascidian Symplegma brakenhielmi (Michaelsen, 1904)

No full textIl contributo ricostruisce nella prima parte la normativa relativa a disabilità e scuola, delineando sinteticamente le varie risposte del legislatore in materia fin qui attuate e mostrando, in filigrana, la visione antropologica di cui ciascuna di esse è in qualche modo portatrice.
Il contributo intende, poi, riflettere sul tema dell'effettività del diritto all'integrazione dei bambini e degli adolescenti, portatori di una disabilità, alla luce anche delle modalità concrete con cui la legislazione vigente è attuata, nei paradossi che emergono nella quotidiane vicende delle famiglie che si trovano a vivere la fatica di vedere concretizzato questo diritto, che rischia così di restare solo un "paper right"
