Palm Beach County Land Use: Oral Preliminary Presentation
Preliminary allocation of land study for the City of Tomorrow project in Palm Beach County. The report has the following sections: 1) statistics related to the the City of Tomorrow, 2) land use by major function, 3) land use by detailed function, 4) land use by major geographical area, 5) land use by major geographical area - detailed, and 6) planning factors. Land allocations shown in this study are based on several kinds of factors including those developed from published economic statistics, data in the files of Economics Research Associates, literature in the area of city planning, and opinions of knowledgeable people in the field. Economics Research Associates developed and applied these factors in a way which would produce the type of city envisioned by the developers of this project.
