Signal Processing in Telecommunications with Forward Correction of Errors
The development of mechanisms of increase efficiency of frequency -shift keying signals processing in telecommunications using algorithms of noise immunity channel coding in obstacle effect conditions is held in the article. The synthesis of the frequency-shift keying signal processing unit accounting intersymbol communication which is inherent for such signals with continuous phase is held. The conditions of the compromise implementation in the telecommunication information transmission channel with frequency shift keying and error correction coding for setting the optimal encoding rate in the range of the bandwidth of the information transmission system are explored. Linear cyclic codes Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocquenghem (BCH) are used for studying. By means of Matlab the article focuses on the definition of energetic benefit compared to uncoded system in case of equality of the bandwidth of the information transmission system with coding and without coding

of the Ukrainian National Republic, was described on the basis of émigré press articles. The author underlines
his role in protecting the rights of Ukrainian refugees and emigration within inter-war international organizations.
He strongly believed in the identity of Ukrainians, as an independent nation equal to other European nations. The
author also indicates Oleksander Shulhyn’s academic works during his period of emigration in Prague and Paris, and
his contribution to the theory of the Promethean Movement
Diagnostics of supercapacitors
The paper represents the mathematical model for diagnostics of supercapacitors. The research objectives are the problem of determining a supercapacitor technical condition during its operation. The general reliability of diagnostics is described as the methodological and instrumental reliabilities of diagnostics. The instrumental diagnostic reliability of supercapacitor includes the probabilities of errors of the first and second kind, α and β respectively. The methodological approach to increasing the reliability of supercapacitor diagnostic has been proposed, in terms of multi-parameter supercapacitor diagnostic by applying nonlinear, frequency dependent mathematical models of supercapacitors that take into account nonlinearity, frequency dispersion of parameters and the effect of transient processes in supercapacitors. The more frequencies, operating voltages and currents are applied in the supercapacitor diagnostics, the more methodological reliability of diagnostics will increase in relation to the methodological reliability of supercapacitor diagnostics when only one frequency, voltage and current are applied
Method of the adaptive decoding of self-orthogonal codes in telecommunication
The methodology description of the adaptive multi-threshold decoding of self-orthogonal codes in the telecommunication channels of information transfer is shown in this paper. The method of multi-threshold decoder modification is described on the basis of adaptive filtration algorithms. Principles of adaptive algorithms application provide for necessary data transmission validity in the case of the multi-threshold decoding are explored. The graphic charts of multi-threshold decoders noise immunity of self-orthogonal block and convolutional codes are presented. It is determined the coding gain (CG) for multi-threshold decoding schemes. The result of research conducted in the course of the paper is to develop a set of scientifically grounded theoretical positions and practical recommendations and proposals for the development of mechanisms of formalization of description of method of increasing of noise immunity of telecommunication systems transmitting information to the synthesis and improving receiver circuit modulated signals on the theory and practice the use of signal-code constructions (SCC) when deciding maximize system capacity information transmission in the presence of noise
Evaluation of phase-frequency instability when processing complex radar signals
A new radar system for digital signal processing before detection is proposed. These are the guidelines for selecting an intermediate frequency for signal processing. The features of signal processing in the case of echo-signal selection by the features of the correlation properties of their complex bypass are described. This paper presents the study of ambiguity function (AF) when processing complex radar signals. In this work, the AF synthesis was performed considering non-determined components and the presence of phase-frequency instability. The received result enhances the potentials for distinguishing an incoherent radar signal. The numerical simulation results of received AF are presented. Considering fluctuation components in the complex AF, depending on the laws of the distribution of amplitude and frequency fluctuations and their parameters, allowed to get the gain in the width of the main lobe from the units to tens of times. Paper represents original analytical expressions for AF of radio-signals modulated by narrow band random processes with various distribution laws

At the present time, the complexity of identification is to find such a description, in which the image (information) of each class would have identified similar properties. The task is to make the transformed description includes the whole set of input images, united by the similarity class by the given ratio.Using the ordinates of an autocorrelation function is an inseparable shift in the center of gravity of an image, which leads to a change of such description.Nicest, the concept of an invariant description of information arises, this is an autocorrelation function, which is invariant to the description of any displacements of the image in the vertical and horizontal directions.The problem of finding an optimal decision rule arises, which, in a number of cases, can be constructed on the basis of a method, based on the definition of the maximum incomplete coefficient of similarity.Using this method, the solutions, that are almost unintelligible to the errors that arise due to the effects of interference, are found. Therefore, in increments k, this rule passes into the Bayes’ rule
