Introduction of Short Stories by Andrejs Upīts and Jānis Ezeriņš in Grade 11
No full textDiplomdarba “Andreja Upīša un Jāņa Ezeriņa novelistikas iepazīšana 11. klasē” mērķis ir izpētīt iespējas Andreja Upīša un Jāņa Ezeriņa novelistikas iepazīšanai 11. klasē, izstādājot metodiskās sistēmas variantu. Diplomdarba saturu veido ievads, piecas nodaļas un to apakšnodaļas, secinājumi un pielikumi. Pirmajā nodaļā raksturota Andreja Upīša personība un novelistika, otrajā nodaļā – Jāņa Ezeriņa personība un novelistika 11. klases literatūras mācību kontekstā. Trešajā nodaļā ir atklāta mācību metodiskās sistēmas varianta izstrāde, dots pētījumā iesaistīto skolēnu raksturojums, mācību satura atlase un organizācijas plānojums, kā arī stundu plānojuma izstrāde. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir aprakstīta mācību metodiskās sistēmas aprobācija, ko diplomande īstenoja savā praktiskajā darbībā, bet piektajā nodaļā aprakstīta skolotājas un skolēnu sadarbības rezultātu apkopojums un izvērtēšana. Pielikumos ir pievienoti skolotājas izstrādātie mācību materiāli un vērtēšanas kritēriji. Diplomdarbs ir iesakāms studentiem, latviešu valodas un literatūras skolotājiem, kā arī visiem diplomdarba tēmas interesentiem. The diploma paper consists of an introduction, five chapters with subsections, conclusion and attachments. The first chapter describes the personality and short stories of Andrejs Upīts, the second chapter describes the personality and short stories of Jānis Ezeriņš. The third chapter describes the creation of the methodological system of teaching, the characteristics of the students involved in the research, the selection of the educational content and the organizational planning, as well as the preparation of lesson planning. The fourth chapter describes the approbation of the methodological system of teaching, which the author of the diploma paper implemented in her practical work. The fifth chapter consists of the analysis and evaluation of the cooperation between students and the teacher. The attachments include educational materials and evaluation criteria developed by the teacher. The diploma paper is recommended for students, teachers of Latvian language and literature and for others who are interested in the topic of the diploma paper. The volume of the work is 46 pages. Improvement of occupational safety and health system for the staff of the State fire and rescue service team.
No full text“Darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošana Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta apakšvienību personālam.” Darba autors: Andrejs Ozoliņš. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Mg. Pirmajā daļa veikta literatūras analīze par darba aizsardzības prasību un normatīvo regulējumu tendencēm ugunsdzēsības un civilās aizsardzības jomā, Eiropas savienības valstīs, ASV un Latvijā. Tiek analizēti darba vides riska faktori ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienestu darbiniekiem, kā arī ietekme uz viņu veselību, strādājot bīstamajos darba apstākļos notikuma vietā. Otrajā daļā tiek aprakstītas pētījuma izmantotās riska novērtēšanas metodes un sistēmas. Trešajā daļa tiek pētīts VUGD esošas darba aizsardzības sistēmas normatīvais regulējums, veikts pētījums un aptaujās iegūto datu analīze. Aptaujas dati liecina par darbu bīstamos darba apstākļos un par bīstamo faktoru ietekmi uz darbinieku veselības stāvokli. The second chapter describes methods and systems used for risk evaluations. Third chapter provides analysis of internal legislative acts for existing work safety system used within SFRS. There is analysis of opinion poll (survey) provided among firefighters-rescuers of State Fire and Rescue Service. Conclusions and recommendations for improvement of work safety and risk reduction in SFRS have been prepared on fourth chapter of this Master`s thesis
The development and practical execution of the human evacuation plan within organisations

Darba vadītājs: asoc.profesors Andrejs Podgornovs. Maģistra darbs izstrādāts latviešu valodā uz 83 lpp., ietver 73 attēlu, 6 tabulas, 36 literatūras avotus, 6 pielikumus. Pētījums sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek analizēta pieejamā literatūra par ugunsdrošības prasībām, izstrādājot evakuācijas plānus organizācijās. Otrajā daļā tiek aprakstīti pētījumā lietotie materiāli un metodes, bet trešajā daļā tiek veikta rezultātu analīze. Iegūtie analīzes rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka organizācijām nepieciešams lielāku uzmanību pievērst evakuācijas plānos attēlotajai informācijai un to izvietojumam. Pamatojoties uz šo, maģistra darbā tika izstrādātas vadlīnijas evakuācijas plānu pilnveidošanai. Papildus organizācijai “XXX” tika sniegtas praktiskās rekomendācijas, kas ļaus uzlabot ugunsdrošību organizācijā un papildinās darbinieku zināšanas ugunsdrošības jautājumos.“The development and practical execution of the human evacuation plan within organisations”. In the first part, literature about fire safety requirements in the context of evacuation plan development in organisations is analyzed. In the second part, research methods used in thesis research are discussed and in the third part research results are analyzed. Research results show that organisations need to pay more attention to the content and display of information shown in evacuation plans. Based on the results of the thesis, guidelines for improving evacuation plans are developed. Practical recommendations have been set to improve fire safety and employee knowledge on fire safety topics in organisation “XXX”

Teorētiskās atziņas un pedagoģiskā izmēģinājuma norise veido piecas nodaļas:
1.Literatūras stundu nozīme patriotiskajā audzināšanā.
2.Viļa Plūdoņa un Andreja Eglīša personība un patriotiskā dzeja literatūras mācību kontekstā.
3.Skolotājas sagatavošanās mācību darbam klasē.
4.Viļa Plūdoņa un Andreja Eglīša personībai un patriotiskajai dzejai veltīto stundu norise.
5.Skolotājas un skolēnu sadarbības rezultātu analīze un izvērtējums.
Pirmajā nodaļā raksturota literatūras stundu nozīme patriotiskajā audzināšanā. Otrā nodaļa veltīta Viļa Plūdoņa un Andreja Eglīša personības un patriotiskās dzejas izpētei. Trešajā nodaļā pētītas jauniešu vecumposma īpatnības un raksturoti izmēģinājumā iesaistītie skolēni, aprakstīta skolotājas sagatavošanās mācību darbam klasē, iekļauts arī mācību stundu tematiskais plānojums. Ceturtajā nodaļā aprakstīta Viļa Plūdoņa un Andreja Eglīša personībai un daiļraidei veltīto stundu norise, bet piektajā nodaļā autore veikusi skolotājas un skolēnu sadarbības rezultātu analīzi un izvērtējumu. Pielikumā pievienoti diplomdarba autores veidotie mācību materiāli un skolēnu darbu paraugi.
Metodiskās sistēmas efektivitāte pārbaudīta pedagoģiskā izmēģinājuma laikā. Diplomdarbs paredzēts ne tikai studentiem, bet arī vidusskolas latviešu valodas un literatūras skolotājiem un citiem interesentiem.The goal of this dissertation for a diploma „Teaching the Patriotic Poetry of Vilis Pludons and Andrejs Eglitis in the Literature Lessons in Grade 11” is the elaboration of a variant of a methodologic system for learning about the patriotic poetry of Vilis Pludons und Andrejs Eglitis in the lessons of literature of the 11th class with the goal to further the patriotic sentiment in the pupils. The theoretical base and the desighn of the pedagogic sample-lesson are shown in five chapters:
1. The importance of lessons in literature for the patriotic education of pupils.
2. The personalities and the patriotic poetry of Vilis Pludons and Andrejs Eglitis in the context of teaching lessons in literature.
3. The preparation of the teacher for his lessons with the pupils.
4. The sequence of the lessons which are dedicated to the personalities and the poetry of Vilis Pludons and Andrejs Eglitis.
5. The analysis and evaluation of the results of the lesson and of the interaction between the pupils and the teacher.
The first chapter is dedicated to the importance of literature lessons for the patriotic education of pupils. The second chapter is dedicated to the exploration of the personalities and the patriotic poetry of Vilis Pludons and Andrejs Eglitis. The third chapter is dedicated to the exploration of the special situation of youngers in this age-groupe, pupils of the class who will be part of the proble will be characterized. The preparation of the teacher for this lessons will be described including the programatic planning of his lesson. In the fourth chapter the development of the lessons which are about the personalities and the poetic creations of Vilis Pludons and Andrejs Eglitis will be described. In the fifth chapter the author analyses the interaction between the pupils and their teacher. In the appendix the author shows pedagogical materials he has prepeared for his lessons and what kind of examples he expects the pupils would create in these lessons.
The effectiveness of the pedagogical system has been examined in the pedagogical probe. This diplom-task is not only interesting for students but also for teachers of Latvian language and literature in middle-schools and other people in the pedagogical sphere
Intramyocardial administration of autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells in a critically ill child with dilated cardiomyopathy
No full textAbstractAlmost half of the children with symptomatic dilated cardiomyopathy receive a transplant or die within 2 years; however, cardiac stem cell transplantation has become a promising therapeutic option. The present case demonstrates for the first time, to our knowledge, the intramyocardial administration of autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells in a critically ill 4-month-old child with severe dilated cardiomyopathy. Left ventricular ejection fraction increased from 20% before stem cell transplantation to 41% at 4 months of follow-up.</jats:p

The theoretical part analyses sources of literature on professionally oriented education, summarizes aspects affecting the educational programmes of professional orientation in music, deals with vocational qualification programmes in music in other countries. The empirical part of the Thesis deals with a survey of 86 respondents involved in professionally oriented education. Four experts of professional orientation were interviewed. The survey answered the research question: What are the most suitable improvements of the education programmes of professional orientation in music in order to continue professionally oriented education in the next stage.
