The inter-organizational linkages in the implementation of self-helping housing stimulant program
Cirebon Regency is the regency that has the fastest implementation progress among the regencies/cities receiving the Self-Helping Housing Stimulant in West Java Province. The initial observations and interviews from this research indicate that one of the supporters of the development of this program is the good relationship between the parties involved in the implementation of this program. This study aims to explain inter-organizational linkages between the parties associated with this program. The research method used qualitative approach. Data and information is obtained through in-depth interview, observation and documentation study. The informants in this research are institutions related to the poor community housing improvement program consisting of local government, district government, village government and community in Klangenan District, Cirebon Regency. The result of the research explains that inter-organizational linkages among the parties that run the program of house improvement in Cirebon Regency is going well. The facilitators of this program are proactive in communicating and establishing working relationships with beneficiary communities. This condition is reinforced by the cultural value of "ngersaya," which is a value of life of the local population in the form of repayment and nurturing kinship with those who have helped. Nevertheless, there are still some problems and obstacles faced such as the intensity of face-to-face is still rare and coordination meetings that have not scheduled regularly, especially with the technical team of the Government of Cirebon Regency. This research found that cultural value has a significant role in inter-organizational linkages between parties. </jats:p
Seven clusters of data visualization articles in Scopus using social network analysis
The aim of this study was to analyse the bibliographic characteristics and content of articles on Data Visualization published in journals indexed by Scopus written by researchers from throughout the world. We conducted a bibliometric and content analysis of publication in the Scopus database. We only retrieved articles written in English. We conducted content analysis using the VOSviewer software and visualized the co-occurrence of keywords and bibliographic coupling of sources and countries. Following the study protocol, we found 862 articles on Data Visualization over the past 30 years. The most productive journal that published these articles was Lecture Notes In Computer Science (n=32). The most productive country was the United States (n=305). Based on citations, the most influential authors, and journals were Thorvaldsdóttir et al., (2013) [Thorvaldsdóttir, H., Robinson, J. T., & Mesirov, J. P. (2013). Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV): High-performance genomics data visualization and exploration. Briefings in Bioinformatics, 14(2), 178–192.] (n=4699), and IEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics (n=656). The keywords of research on Data Visualization formed 7 clusters (e.g. Data Visualization, Visualization, and Human). From a global perspective, Data Visualization research in the past 30 years has increased significantly. There were European published journals nominated publications. Thus, Asian countries need to conduct more active research on this topic

The Road to Inclusive Decentralized Village Governance in Indonesia
Currently, every country strives to create inclusive governance. However, these efforts are still often stalled. After long decades of the implementation of decentralization in various countries, only a few studies examined the practices of inclusive governance in village-level decentralization. This study explores how inclusive governance is implemented in the decentralized village and what challenges hinder inclusive governance goals in the setting of village decentralization. Developed villages tend to be more likely to realize inclusive governance because they have a variety of good supporting factors. The success of inclusive governance is very dependent on supporting factors and challenges in the decentralized village

Behind the scenes of COVID-19 response: a social network analysis of policy actors in Bandung City
Mapping the roles of various actors involved in handling a pandemic is significant for effective policy integration. It helps clarify each actor’s authority, the coordination level and the interaction patterns formed. This emergence of COVID-19 as a cross-sectoral issue necessitates involvement from numerous actors, given its impact produces trade-offs in the health, social and economic sectors, thereby rendering a balance in its implementation imperative. In the context of the pandemic, swift and appropriate policy integration and collaboration between industries are essential to address its broad and complex impact. This study aims to identify prominent actors in handling the pandemic by employing social network analysis (SNA) supported by the Socio-Technogram Network to map the actor centrality in the network structure for handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Bandung City. The findings reveal that policy actors in the health sector had the highest centrality in handling COVID-19 in Bandung City, mainly due to the significant involvement of non-human factors regulated mostly by the Health Agency. Therefore, ensuring stability in the health system is pivotal to successfully handling COVID-19 in Bandung City
Reviving a City’s Economic Engine: The COVID-19 Pandemic Impact and the Private Sector’s Engagement in Bandung City
The COVID-19 pandemic has not only affected public health but has also significantly impacted the economy. Bandung, a bustling city in Indonesia serving as a satellite to the capital, has been hit hard due to its high population density, mobility, and reliance on the tourism, trade, and transportation sectors. Using a Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model developed at the interregional level of Indonesia, this study investigates the microeconomic indicators of several economic activities in Bandung, namely, the transportation, accommodation and food–beverage, water supply, and trade (MSMEs) sectors, to assess the impact of the pandemic. Additionally, the study examines the role of private sector actors in contributing to the sustainable recovery efforts toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) amidst the pandemic. The findings reveal that Bandung’s transportation, accommodation, food and beverage, water supply, and trade sectors experienced a significant decline in economic activity. However, there was a gradual recovery, with increased economic activity between 2019 and 2021. Private sector actors and the health sector were the main drivers of economic recovery, with other sectors also contributing to the effort

Smart villages, rural development and community vulnerability in Indonesia: A bibliometric analysis
Rural areas are significantly affected by spatial vulnerability, the digital divide, depopulation, and population aging. Marginalized populations seek collective well-being, social inclusion, and local development in smart villages, an area of interest that is increasingly important for scholars and practitioners, as well as rural areas and communities. This article explores global trends in conceptual approaches and smart village planning and identifies whether these trends are in line with smart interventions implemented in Indonesia. To achieve this goal, this research utilizes various existing literature through bibliometric analysis by obtaining data from the Scopus database. This study was built based on bibliometric analysis, this study focuses on identifying the application of the smart village concept that is implemented in local village development in rural Indonesia. The results show that innovation, knowledge, growth, and management seem to have an impact on smart rural planning in Indonesia, while the smart village model which only utilizes information systems and technology shows its limitations so it is necessary to also focus on elements of smart government, smart environment, and smart community. This study shows that there are differences in the goals of smart village development when compared to smart cities and enriches the exploration of smart village theory that can be implemented in various villages in particular. Therefore it is suggested to increase the awareness and active involvement of local stakeholders in Indonesia
