Gen. et sp. not named: Endang & Thornton 1992, 335 Material examined (taken by beating): INDONESIA, SUMATRA, West, Kerinci Seblat National Park, Lempur, Danau Lingkat, mixed secondary forest, 1000m, 19.I.1997, 1 female, ESK. Remarks. Endang & Thornton (1992) described two females collected from Bali in 1987 and from Lombok in 1990, but the genus and species were not then named. Two females similar to those from Bali and Lombok were taken in Java, and the four specimens placed in a new genus and species by Endang et al. (2002). Type species: <i>Anomaloblaste spinivalva</i> Endang, Thornton & New, 2002: 120.</p> <p> <b>Diagnosis.</b> Fore wing pterostigma long; areola postica tall, five-sided; veins Rs and M connected by long crossvein, female subgenital plate with long setose posterior lobe. Dorsal and ventral valves of gonapophyses very long; outer valve with long posterior lobe.     <i>Indoblaste lienhardi</i> Endang & Thornton <p> <i>Indoblaste lienhardi</i> Endang & Thornton 1992: 328.</p> <p> <b>Material examined:</b> INDONESIA, SUMATRA, West, Kerinci Seblat National Park, Base camp, Pine, beating, 1540m, 2 females, 20.VI.1997, ESK</p> <p> <b>Remarks.</b> These specimens are referred to <i>I. leinhardi</i> on wing venation and a subgenital plate with a distinctive Y-shaped setose disc and the apical 2/3 of the apical lobe setose.     <i>Javablaste</i> Endang, Thornton & New <p> <i>Javablaste</i> Endang, Thornton & New, 2002: 121. Type species: <i>Javablaste aidab</i> Endang, Thornton & New, 2002: 122.</p> <p> <i>Javablaste</i> was erected to contain two species and one additional female which, at present, is not named. The diagnostic generic characters are: fore wing pterostigma broad, concave apically, areola postica five-sided, discoidal cell widening anteriorly; male: hypandrium symmetrical with median posterior lobes and a pair of long lateral spinose lobes; phallosome free distally, parameres rounded and serrated posteriorly; female: subgenital plate with long posterior lobe setose apically, main plate with V-shaped sclerotised mark and transverse sclerotised bar at mid line; dorsal gonapohysis valve elongate, outer valve with long posterior lobe. Two similar Chinese species were allocated to <i>Blastopsocidus</i> Badonnel, as <i>B. flavidus</i> and <i>B. pini</i> by Li (1989, 1990). Smithers (1972) stated that the male hypandrium of <i>Blastopsocidus</i> is asymmetrical, with lateral prolonged apophyses crossing each other medially, and the female subgenital plate usually has a short posterior lobe, with a Y- shaped pigmented area. The first and second sections of vein Cu1a are usually more or less in a straight line. These two species from China do not agree with the generic characters of <i>Blastopsocidus</i> because the male hyandrium is symmetrical in both of them, and the areola postica of the fore wing is five-sided. <i>B. flavidus</i> and <i>B. pini</i> appear to correspond more closely to the generic characters of <i>Javablaste</i>, but differ from <i>J. merapiensis</i>, <i>J aidab</i>, and the three species described here, in genitalic details. Remarks: In fore wing venation and from the features of the hypandrium the present specimen is clearly referable to J. ungulatus, described from Mt. Merapi, Central Java. The hypandrium is symmetrical with two posterior lobes, and medially bears a pair of large symmetrical “claws”. The above specimens are clearly similar to <i>J. soegiri</i>, both in fore wing venation and in details of the genitalia. The hypandrium is symmetrical with pairs of posterior lobes and a pair of large symmetrical “claws” medially.     <i>Ptycta merapiense</i> Endang, Thornton & New <p> <i>Ptycta merapiense</i> Endang, Thornton & New, 2002: 151.</p> <p> <b>Material examined</b> (taken by beating): INDONESIA, SUMATRA, Lampung, Sumberjaya, 850m, 1 male, 4.I.1996. ESK.</p> <p> <b>Remarks:</b> <i>Ptycta merapiense</i> was described from material collected on Java. The specimen examined agrees with that description in having the phallosome broad anteriorly, the paraproct with an extremely long apical spine and the lateral sclerotised area of the epiproct continued posteriorly.     <i>Ptycta serrata</i> Endang, Thornton & New <p> <i>Ptycta serrata</i> Endang, Thornton & New, 2002: 147.</p> <p> <b>Material examined</b> (taken by beating): INDONESIA, SUMATRA, Lampung, Wailalaan, 200m, 1 male, 17.XII.1995, ESK.</p> <p> <b>Remarks:</b> This species was described from two males collected at high elevation on Balegondang (Mt. Bromo) East Java, and is separable from all Oriental species on the unusual feature of the hypandrium. The phallosome is also distinctive with a tine and very short apical bifurcation.
