Full text linkLansia merupakan usia yang rentan terhadap jatuh akibat perubahan fisik seperti penurunan fungsi pada semua sistem dalam tubuh terutama fungsi sistem saraf sensorik dan muskuloskletal. Terganggunya fungsi muskuloskletal mempengaruhi fungsi dan kerja otot atau kelemahan otot sehingga dapat mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan pada lansia. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh edukasi terhadap peningkatan pemahaman lansia terhadap Core Stability Exercise di klinik Pratama Santa Elisabeth Medan. Metode yang dilakukan observasi: Persiapan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari 15 responden terdapat adanya peningkatan pemahaman Core Stability Exercise dengan hasil obesrvasi dedapatkan responden mampu melakasanakan Stability Exercise dengan baik dan merasa nyaman serta kekakuan pada otot otot tangan menjadi rileks
