Is dat geen betutteling? Leidt het tot meer zelfredzaamheid dan vrijwillige begeleiding doet? In dit artikel analyseert Anja Eleveld de verplichte ontzorging uit de Wet Inburgering 2021 in het licht van de gelijke behandeling-bepalingen uit het Europese en internationale recht.
