PENGARUH PENDAMPING PERSALINAN TERHADAP APGAR SCORE BAYI MENIT PERTAMA
No full textAsfiksia merupakan penyebab utama kematian bayi, indikator untuk diagnosis asfiksia pada bayi baru lahir (BBL) dengan penilaian Apgar Score menit pertama kelahiran. Kontraksi uterus selama proses persalinan dapat menimbulkan rasa nyeri sehingga proses ini mempengaruhi oksigenasi utero placenter pada bayi yang masih berada dalam uterus, sehingga saat kelahiran bayi akan mengalami asfiksia yang ditandai oleh nilai apgar score menit pertama yang rendah. Namun hal ini dapat diatasi dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung diantaranya menghadirkan suami atau keluarga sebagai pendamping dalam proses persalinan. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai apgar score menit pertama pada persalinan dengan pendamping dan tanpa pendamping di BPS Kota Padang tahun 2013.Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental dengan rancangan non-Randomized Posttest Only Control Group Design). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu inpartu fase aktif di bidan praktik swasta di Kota Padang selama periode Agustus s/d September 2013. Data diambil dengan menggunakan daftar ceklis berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap kedua kelompok. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t independent.Hasil didapatkan rata-rata nilai Apgar responden dengan pendamping saat peralinan adalah 8,10 dengan standar deviasi 0,618, sedangkan pada responden tanpa pendamping rata-rata nilai Apgar 6,79 dengan standar deviasi 1,264. Hasil uji t test independent nilai p 0,001 berarti ada perbedaan yang bermakna rata-rata nilai Apgar bayi yang didampingi saat persalinan dengan tanpa didampingi.Saran Untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup bayi baru lahir, perlu ditingkatkan asuhan sayang ibu dalam pelayanan kehamilan dan persalinan. Namun hal ini dapat diatasi dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung diantaranya menghadirkan suami atau keluarga sebagai pendamping dalam proses persalinan. But this can be overcome by creating an environment that supports them bring their husbands or families as a companion in labor. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai apgar score menit pertama pada persalinan dengan pendamping dan tanpa pendamping di BPS Kota Padang tahun 2013. The general objective of this study was to determine the difference in value of the first minute Apgar score at birth with and without an escort companion in private practice midwives Padang in 2013. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental dengan rancangan non-Randomized Posttest Only Control Group Design ). This study is an experimental non-randomized design Posttest Only Control Group Design). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu inpartu fase aktif di bidan praktik swasta di Kota Padang selama periode Agustus s/d September 2013. Subjects in this study were all mothers inpartu active phase in private practice midwives in Padang during the period August s / d September 2013. Data diambil dengan menggunakan daftar ceklis berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap kedua kelompok. The data were taken using a checklist based on the observation list to both groups. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t independent. Data were analyzed using independent t test. Hasil didapatkan rata-rata nilai Apgar responden dengan pendamping saat peralinan adalah 8,10 dengan standar deviasi 0,618, sedangkan pada responden tanpa pendamping rata-rata nilai Apgar 6,79 dengan standar deviasi 1,264. The results obtained mean Apgar score of respondents with a companion when labour is 8.10 with a standard deviation of 0.618, while the respondents unaccompanied mean Apgar score of 6.79 with a standard deviation of 1.264. Hasil uji t test independent nilai p 0,001 berarti ada perbedaan yang bermakna rata-rata nilai Apgar bayi yang didampingi saat persalinan dengan tanpa didampingi. The results of the independent t test p-value of 0.001 means that there is a significant difference mean Apgar score at birth of babies accompanied with unaccompanied. Saran Untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup bayi baru lahir, perlu ditingkatkan asuhan sayang ibu dalam pelayanan kehamilan dan persalinan. Advice To reduce morbidity and improve quality of life of the newborn, care needs to be improved dear mother in pregnancy and delivery care. Dengan melibatkan suami mulai kehamilan sampai persalinan.
