Enterprise architecture approach for project-based organizations modeling, design, and analysis: An ontology-driven tool proposal
Project-based organizations (PBOs) rely on project management as their core business process. These organizations are characterized by their disaggregated structure and diverse authority distribution, leading to complications in synchronizing projects, governance, and functional divisions. In this regard, there is a need of a tool to manage this complexity. This paper introduces a novel approach – the IModel- for modeling, designing and analyzing PBOs, following the Design Science Research Method, that seeks to is creating an artifact that solves a real-world problem in a specific context. This artifact is developed through a conceptual integration between project management (PM) and enterprise architecture (EA) sources based on ontologies. Ontologies are powerful, machine-readable graph-structured models which enables sophisticated models’ reasoning and querying. IModel fuses the organizational domain from the ArchiMate EA language with PM insights from PMBOK 7th edition. The resulting IModel has been submitted to an expert’s judgement to assess its intended purposes as well, its potential to be applied in the real-world to support the PBO

Enterprise Architecture Approach for Project Management and Project-Based Organizations: A Review
Project-based organizations (PBOs) derive income from conducting projects for their clients. Maintaining the most effective and efficient project governance style is an ongoing process for these organizations as the context continuously changes. Enterprise architecture (EA) is a systemic approach that supports organizations in modeling and describing themselves in different layers, such as strategy, business, application, and technology. This literature review describes the current state of EA usage in improving and quickly revising project management governance in PBOs to benefit practitioners and researchers for an integrated view of EA, PM, and PBO, and identification of future research gaps. This review used an EA model composed of layers as an analytical framework. The extracted bibliometric and content data from selected articles were processed using the VOSviewer tool for identifying and understanding the relationships between main concepts through network mapping. The selected articles are oriented to internal organization projects, mainly in information technology (IT). The need to align projects with business is highlighted, with EA positioned as a governance tool. It was found that application of EA in PBOs is rare. A trend toward using popular PM and EA frameworks, such as PMBOK and ArchiMate, was observed
Sistema de ventas para la gestión financiera de las empresas en Andahuaylas
El presente trabajo de tesis titulado “Sistema De Ventas Para La Gestión Financiera De Las
Empresas En Andahuaylas” tiene como objetivo principal analizar la gestión financiera en la
rentabilidad de las empresas en la ciudad de Andahuaylas para la cual se desarrolló un sistema
tecnológico con respecto a la población .la cual consiste de las empresas en administrar los
recursos que se tienen para asegurar que serán suficientes para cubrir los gastos para que esta
pueda funcionar De esta manera y podrá llevar un control adecuado y ordenado de los ingresos
y gastos de la empresa. Con el objetivo de explicar las causas del problema encontrado en las
empresas.
Iniciamos con un breve interrogante: las empresas y micro empresas no tienen el control de sus
egresos e ingresos de su empresa también pagos de los servicios, trabajadores. Mucho no lo
cuenta con la información financiera debida que no les permita saber evaluar la situación
financiera de sus empresas.
Por tanto, lo cual se plantea un Sistema de ventas para Gestión financiero de las empresas que
apoye a aumentar la rentabilidad de la empresa para así poder cumplir con los objetivos y metas
planificadas en el año, para tener un control de los ingresos y egresos los gastos y pagos así
proveer el efectivo que se necesita, para poder cubrir las obligaciones que se afronte y utilizar
los recursos necesarios para aumentar la rentabilidad de la empresa
An Enterprise Architecture approach to Digital Transformation in Small and Medium-Sized Construction Companies
LAUREA MAGISTRALELa trasformazione digitale è diventata un tema di attualità mondiale di grande importanza in tutti i settori; oggi le aziende devono adottare queste tecnologie per rimanere competitive. Nonostante ciò, il settore dell'architettura, dell'ingegneria e della costruzione (AEC) è caratterizzato da bassi livelli di digitalizzazione rispetto ad altri settori. Per questo motivo, la principale preoccupazione delle aziende AEC ad oggi è come condurre con successo la trasformazione digitale. Questa ricerca evidenzia l'importanza di questa evoluzione per le aziende AEC, in particolare per le piccole e medie imprese (PMI), riconoscendo al contempo le sfide che ostacolano la loro adozione delle tecnologie digitali. Questa tesi sottolinea inoltre la necessità di un quadro sistematico per aiutare le PMI nella transizione verso modelli digitali. Identifica le varie barriere che ostacolano la digitalizzazione e propone un framework orientato ai sistemi, basato sull'architettura d'impresa (EA) e sui modelli a grafo, con l'obiettivo di aiutare le PMI a valutare i loro processi attuali, a comprendere le componenti organizzative, le interdipendenze dei dati e a selezionare soluzioni digitali su misura. La ricerca si conclude con la valutazione del framework attraverso un caso di studio condotto in una PMI colombiana operante nel settore del petrolio e del gas, per la quale sono stati valutati e ottimizzati i processi di pianificazione e progettazione utilizzando le tecnologie digitali.Digital transformation has become a worldwide topical issue of major importance in all sectors; nowadays, companies need to adopt this technologies to remain competitive. Despite this, the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry is characterized by having low levels of digitalization in comparison to other industries. For this reason, the main concern for AEC companies today is how to lead digital transformation successfully. This research highlights the significance of this evolution for AEC companies, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), while acknowledging the challenges hindering their adoption of digital technologies. This thesis also underscores the necessity for a systematic framework to aid SMEs in transitioning towards digital models. It identified various barriers hindering digitalization and proposes a system-based framework based on enterprise architecture (EA) and graph models aimed at aiding SMEs in assessing their current processes, understanding organizational components, data interdependencies, and selecting tailored digital solutions. This research concludes by assessing the framework through a case study conducted in a Colombian construction SME operating in the Oil and Gas sector, for which were evaluated and optimized the construction planning and design processes by using digital technologies
Efectos que produce el tipo de facturación en las empresas mypes asesoradas por el Estudio Contable A&C de las actividades comerciales de venta de bienes y prestación de servicios
En la tesis se estableció como objetivo analizar los efectos que produce el tipo de
facturación en las empresas MYPEs asesoradas por el Estudio Contable A&C de las actividades
comerciales de venta de bienes y prestación de servicios. Asimismo, con un enfoque
cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo, haciendo uso del método analítico y con el diseño no
experimental con corte transversal, con el instrumento de recolección de datos la guía de
análisis documental, la misma que fue aplicada a la población es 30 empresas MYPEs
asesoradas por el Estudio Contable A&C.
Respecto a los resultados, las empresas MYPEs asesoradas por el Estudio Contable
A&C incrementaron sus ingresos después de implementar la facturación electrónica. Se llegó
a concluir que los efectos son el incremento de los ingresos, inversión en la compra de equipos
de cómputo, contrata de personal dedicado al manejo del sistema de emisión de comprobantes
y eso se refleja en el incremento de pago de impuesto de la renta e I.G.V., con lo cual se observa
un sincesarimiento en los ingresos de las empresas
