The Myth of a „Seal of Quality“ – “Supervision” a Seal of Quality without Standards? – Quality Assurance and Traing Plans of DGSv 2001 – Problems and Findings form Resarch and Votes of Experts from the Grass-Roots Level (2002). – Apropos Evidence Based Supervision and Multilevel Quality Assurance revisted 2011
Some results from research on Training of supervisors from 2001 are presented, particularly from Oeltze, Ebert, Petzold (2002). They are showing that it is unevitable for training programs of Supervisors to be evidence based. Formal standards, as set by the professional organisations of supervision are just not enough to guarantee an objective and reliable quality.https://www.fpi-publikation.de/supervision/19-2011-petzold-h-g-oeltze-j-ebert-w-mythos-guetesiegel-supervision-ein-marken/peerReviewedpublishedVersio
Here for the first time the level of the supervisors is parallelled by the one of the supervised, that of the clients, and that of the ordering body. In this investigation a qualitative instrument (half-standardized interviews) has been applied apart from the quantitative survey pattern (standardized questionnaire).https://www.fpi-publikation.de/polyloge/14-2002-oeltze-h-j-ebert-w-petzold-h-g-2002integrative-supervision-in-ausbildung-und-praxis/peerReviewedpublishedVersio
