The type of research used by the author is a normative-empirical type of research. This article was published to find out and analyze the implementation of the South Lampung Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning Peace, Order, and Community Protection. Research shows that the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the South Lampung Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning Public Order and Community Protection include human resources, facilities and infrastructure issues, as well as budget issues. Quo Vadis: Sanctions for Children Facing the Law
The study aims to find out the setting for the sentencing of sanctions against children who commit criminal acts of abuse resulting in death. The type of research used by the author is the empirical normative research type. The results showed that the regulation of sanctions against children who commit crimes that are sentenced to criminal sanctions has been contained in Article 71 paragraph (1) to paragraph (5) of Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System of Children. In addition to the type of sanctions contained in Article 71, sanctions actions can also be imposed on children who commit criminal acts and the overall number of cases obtained from the results of research in the Sungguminasa Court is a total of 7 cases and in its ruling the tendency of judges to give criminal sanctions to prison for children perpetrators of crimes that result in death
Konsep Negara Hukum dan Demokrasi dalam Pandangan Abdul Qahhar Mudzakkar
The research aims to find out about the conception of the state of law and democracy aspired by Abdul Qahhar Mudzakkar. The type of research used in this study is the socio-juridical type of research. Juridically because the unit of analysis in this research is an idea, the idea knows the concept. Where in what is meant is an idea Abdul Qahhar Mudzakkar about the concept of a state of law and democracy. Empirically the author sought to see the historical facts about the application of the concept correlated with the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in the era of President Soekarno’s leadership. The results showed Abdul Qahhar Mudzakkar wanted the Indonesian state as an Islamic state with a presidential system of government while still carrying out the principles of true democracy. True democracy means Abdul Qahhar Mudzakkar is a tribute to the values of martyrdom, pluralism, and justice. This certainly requires better time, methods, and refinements if you want to be applied in a plural Indonesia
Professional Ethics of Legal Advisors or Advocates when Proceeding in Court
This study aims to determine the professional ethics of a legal advisor or advocate when proceeding in court. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected using the document study method conducted by the author. The conclusion can be stated that the advocate profession, in which the concept of an advocate is an officer of the court or in the language of Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, an advocate is a law enforcer. As a law enforcer, upholding ethics from the perspective of the advocate profession is very contextual and therefore the next discussion will be followed on how the position and role of the advocate professional organization in upholding the ethics. Professional organizations have a Code of Ethics that imposes obligations and at the same time provides legal protection to each of its members in carrying out their profession. Advocates as a respectable profession who in carrying out their profession are under the protection of the law, the law and the Code of Ethics must maintain the image and dignity of the honor of the profession, as well as be loyal and uphold the Code of Ethics and Professional Oath, whose implementation is supervised by the Honorary Council. The Indonesian Advocate Code of Ethics is the highest law in carrying out the profession, which guarantees and protects but imposes an obligation on every advocate to be honest and responsible in carrying out their profession, especially when proceeding in court
Regulation of Esports in the Context of the Employment in Indonesia
This study aims to understand and analyze the legal arrangements of esports in terms of the point of view of labor law. The research method used is legal research with a normative juridical approach. The research results obtained are first, in terms of legal substance, second, in terms of legal structure, and third, in terms of legal culture. The author reflects that in the substance of the law, there has not been a single piece of legislation that contains explicitly and comprehensively regarding esports. Then in the aspect of esports dispute resolution, that is, the phrase “final and binding” on the award of the settlement of violations by Executive Board of Esports Indonesia is biased. In addition, in terms of legal culture, the existence of esports in Indonesia has risen in all walks of life, players who are legal subjects in esports are dominated by underage players. This study concludes that the government needs to form a law that explicitly regulates esports activities in Indonesia, in the form of: 1) The rights of esports athletes, especially minors; 2) The legal position of the Executive Board of Esports Indonesia statute in the laws and regulations in Indonesia; 3) Rights and obligations of esports athletes
Warning: Increasing Child Marriage in Palu, Sigi, Donggala!
The increase in the number of marriage dispensation cases in the Religious Courts after the amendment of the Marriage Law requires the government to be vigilant. The large number of divorces from young marriages filed with the court is an impact of the increase in the number of marriage dispensation applications. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the prevalence of child marriage in Palu, Sigi and Donggala. The method used is socio-legal research method with primary data sources obtained from Penghulu in Palu, Sigi, and Donggala. The results of the study found a strong influence of religious factors, customs, economics, education, pregnancy outside marriage, and narcotics which caused the prevalence of child marriage in Palu, Sigi, and Donggala. All of these influencing factors all lead to the solution of marriage dispensation. A better strategy is needed that is tailored to current conditions. It is also suggested that Penghulu conduct seminars so that they can have the same perception of the Marriage Registration Policy and knowledge of the latest Marriage Law. Cooperation with the courts is needed to facilitate community affairs related to marriage. The police need to increase the eradication of narcotics in areas that are indicated to be places of circulation and abuse.

Pelaksanaan Kerja Sama antara Penanam Modal dengan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara
Government involvement in the economic field, by making agreements or business contracts cannot be separated from the government’s aim to improve the welfare of the people, where the state plays a very important role in the economic field and directly intervenes in the course of the economy. This research uses empirical law, namely a legal research method that uses empirical facts taken from human behaviour related to cooperation agreements between investors and Regional Owned Enterprises or BUMD in Kutai Kartanegara, using qualitative research taken from field data journals, books and the internet as references then analyzed by the author. Kutai Kartanegara Regency’s investment form consists of three sectors, namely the primary sector, secondary sector and tertiary sector. Kutai Kartanegara Regency has been able to attract foreign and domestic investment in the mining sector dominantly compared to other sectors. This success is inseparable from the support of strategic government policies both nationally and regionally so as to create a conducive investment climate and encourage an increase in local revenue.
