THE BIG DATA CHALLENGE: THE EFFECTIVE EXERCISE OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL FREEDOMS
My research project: to investigate if and how big data are able to influence the exercise of political and economic rights.
My objectives: to consider if the increased knowledge of the data is the effective aim of its opening to the public (see G. De Minico, Gli Open data: una politica costituzionale necessaria, in http://www.forumcostituzionale.it/wordpress/images/stories/pdf/documenti_forum/paper/0483_deminico.pdf 2012 ).
Investigation on the final aim of the knowledge: is it the premise for a conscious exercise of economic and political rights?
The second part of my project: to explore the following issues. Does the typology of political rights maintain its structure and therefore its legal status when its playing field changes?
The third part of my project: the open data as a pillar of economic freedoms. Which are the necessary conditions so that the big data become Super Data available to be developed by everyone? What could the antitrust regulation do to achieve this final aim?
Looking ahead: I think that the two pillars, political rights and economic freedoms, have a common base in both constitutional values of political representation and substantial equality.
This is my thesis that I intend to investigate during my period of research at the Max Planck Institute under the direction of prof. Josef Drexl.

Preface
To what extent should competition agencies act as market regulators? Competition Law as Regulation provides numerous insights from competition scholars on new trends at the interface of competition law and sector-specific regulation.

How Can the Data Economy Be Regulated to Promote New Emerging Markets?
In the new digital economy the problem of data protection is not only heatedly debated but also has become the subject of academic research. New business models are emerging based on the current digital transformation of manufacturing and the digital transformation of many smart products. These smart products, such as autonomous cars, collect a huge number of data. The question arises: Who owns the data and how should the access to these data be regulated? JOSEF DREXL is interested in the future regulation of the data economy and explores the question of how we can generate or enable markets to emerge that are built on the use of data. As he explains in this video, his research group suggests – based on their analysis of the workings of the market – that the concept of ownership is not needed in this context and that a targeted access to property rights should be introduced into the regulations
Interpretation of fairy tales authored by Josef Štefan Kubín
Interpretation of fairy tales authored by Josef Štefan Kubín Ondřej Vojtíšek Abstract: This bachelor's thesis deals with interpretation of Josef Štefan Kubín's author fairy tales both in theory and application. Its goal is to describe options of interpretation of children's literature and to demonstrate these options by means of Kubín's literal work. As a result, this bachelor's thesis also highlights semantics riches and valuable qualities of this part of Kubín's work, which is being neglected by publishers nowadays. In its theoretical part, the thesis addresses several issues: different ways of interpretation of fairy tales, specification of the term "author fairy tale" and the different forms of Kubín's fairy tales. As a method of interpretation, synthesis of several approaches (Franz, Šmahelová, Urbanová, and others) was used and each of these approaches was described by one example. This synthesis provides insight into the meaning of fairy tales that can be therefore understood as representation of situations outlined not only with help of motives but with help of specific expressions as well. Collections of fairy tales authored by Kubín are analyzed in respect to the amount of Kubín's own invention compared with the quantity of folk motives. This analysis is accompanied by brief Kubín's biography and..
