Think-aloud methods were used to explore the clinical reasoning of occupational therapists interacting with clients through videoconferencing. Pragmatic, procedural, interactive, and conditional reasoning styles were all used. Think-aloud methods may help train therapists practicing using eHealth.

The Association Between Two Sensory Processing Measures: The Sensory Over-Responsivity Inventory and the Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile

Concurrent validity between the Sensory Over-Responsivity Inventory and the Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile was examined among 556 typical adults. Results indicate a moderate correlation between measures that varies across individual sensory systems.

A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words: A Unique Voice for People With Aphasia

This study used photos in conversations with people with aphasia about occupations. Seven participants completed three photographic assignments, interviews, and a focus group about their occupations. Researchers found that photography can be a useful tool when communicating with people with aphasia.
