No full textV operativnem gradbeništvu predstavlja ključni del gradnje Tehnološki elaborat, na katerega se izvajalec opira tekom celotne gradnje. Na gradbišču ga potrebujemo kot iztočnico za vsako delo, ki se bo izvedlo. V tem diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na praktični primer izvedbe tehološkega elaborata za izvedbo Rekonstrukcije regionalne ceste z R3-687/7207 Dole – Ponikva – Loče od km 4,100 do km 4,760, I. faza. V diplomskem delu smo želeli prikazati obstoječe stanje, predvidena dela na objektu, posamezne vrste del, projektne rešitve, način in kvaliteto izvedbe, organizacijo gradbišča, predvidene vgrajene materiale, mehanizacijo in opremo za izvedbo del. Izvajalec se z dobro in pravilno opisanimi postopki v tehnološkem elaboratu lahko izogne nepredvidenim situacijam, morebitnemu nepravilnemu izvajanju del tekom gradnje objekta in nepotrebnim dodatnim stroškom.In operational construction, the key part of the construction is the Technological Study, on which the contractor relies throughout the entire construction. At the construction site, we need it as a starting point for every job that will be done. In this diploma work we focused on a practical example of the implementation of a technological study for the facility Reconstruction of the regional road with R3-687 / 7207 Dole - Ponikva - Loče from km 4,100 to km 4,760, phase I. In the diploma work we wanted to show the existing condition, planned works on the facility, individual types of works, project solutions, method and quality of execution, organization of the construction site, planned installed materials, mechanization and equipment for the execution of works. With well and correctly described procedures in the technological study, the contractor can avoid unforeseen situations, possible incorrect execution of works during the construction of the facility and unnecessary additional costs

UK universities look beyond the patent policy discourse in their intellectual property strategies
No full textIn recent years, policy discourse has placed much emphasis on the patenting of the outcomes of academic research. However, universities produce a wide variety of intellectual property (IP), not all of which is suitable for patenting, or which the universities may choose not to patent. Building upon an original survey of 46 universities in the UK, we investigate the extent to which universities exchange several forms of IP (patents, copyright, open source IP, non-patented innovations), whether they are used as complements or substitutes, how relatively effective and efficient they are in allowing universities to reach certain objectives (relating to knowledge transfer, competitive positioning, knowledge creation/innovation and financial income). The results challenge the view, which underpins legislation such as the Bayh-Dole Act and similar provisions now adopted in most OECD countries, that patents are the most effective route for knowledge dissemination in the economy

Inwazyjny rak piersi w ektopowej tkance gruczołowej zlokalizowanej w dole pachowym — opis przypadku
No full textRak piersi jest najczęściej rozpoznawanym nowotworem złośliwym u kobiet w Polsce. Problemem diagnostycznym są rzadkie, nietypowe postaci raka piersi. Częstość występowania ektopowej tkanki gruczołowej piersi w populacji ogólnej zawiera się w przedziale 0,4–6%. W tkance tej mogą się rozwinąć takie same nieprawidłowości i schorzenia jak w anatomicznym gruczole piersiowym. Może się również rozwinąć rak piersi. W pracy przedstawiono przypadek 36-letniej kobiety, która zgłosiła się do lekarza z powodu obecnego od 2 lat guzka w prawym dole pachowym. Pacjentkę skierowano do chirurga z podejrzeniem torbieli naskórkowej. Po chirurgicznym usunięciu zmiany w badaniu histopatologicznym rozpoznano inwazyjnego raka piersi w ektopowej tkance gruczołowej. Po przeprowadzeniu diagnostyki obrazowej i dyskusji w ramach wielodyscyplinarnego zespołu diagnostyczno-terapeutycznego chorej zaproponowano zabieg chirurgiczny poszerzenia marginesów wycięcia, po to by uzyskać doszczętność onkologiczną oraz limfadenektomię pachową. Po zabiegu operacyjnym ze względu na wynik badania histopatologicznego zastosowano uzupełniające leczenie systemowe (chemioi hormonoterapię) oraz radioterapię. Lekarze często nie biorą pod uwagę możliwości wystąpienia pierwotnego raka piersi w miejscu innym niż pierś. Badania obrazowe piersi nie zawsze umożliwiają rozpoznanie choroby, a lekarze, którzy je wykonują i interpretują, często nie uwzględniają w diagnostyce różnicowej pierwotnego raka piersi w dole pachowym. Może to powodować opóźnienie w rozpoznaniu i pogarszać rokowanie
