Die öffentliche Verwaltung unter Transformationsdruck
How can public administrations manage change processes such as digital transformation, reduce bureaucratic hurdles and remain close to citizens at the same time? The conference proceedings combine academic insights with practical solutions on topics such as digitalisation, resilience and human resources. The contributions analyse the challenges and make suggestions on how public administration can be made fit for the future. The volume is aimed at decision-makers, academics and practitioners. The editors work in the office of the Network for Better Regulation and Bureaucracy Reduction, which is continuously dedicated to these issues.
