    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen usaha dan strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM penjualan pupuk di toko Karya Tani yang berada di Desa Sempurna Alam Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha penjualan pupuk toko Karya Tani, satu orang karyawan toko, dan lima  pelanggan toko. Data yang terkumpul dari data primer diperkuat dengan data sekunder yang diambil melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model Miles Huberman, and Saldana, menggunakan empat langkah: pengumpulan data (data collection), kondensasi data (data condensation), penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan  (conclusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM penjualan pupuk toko di Toko Karya Tani yang berada di Desa Sempurna Alam Kabupaten Rokan Hulu tidak memahami bagaimana manajemen usaha yang baik dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk keberlanjutan usaha dan meningkatkan penjualan, serta mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Pelaku UMKM penjualan pupuk selama ini berjualan dengan cara sebagaimana yang mereka ketahui saja. Bahkan toko tidak diberi tulisan seperti spanduk di depan toko sebagai tanda bahwa itu adalah toko penjualan pupuk dan perlengkapan peralatan tani lainnya.     ABSTRAK Penulis bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan judul “Implementasi Layanan Dasar Bimbingan dan Konseling Dalam Mengurangi Dampak Negatif Penggunaan Media Sosial Peserta Didik SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Deskriptif Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Data primer di peroleh langsung dari respondeng mengenai Implementasi Layanan Dasar Bimbingan dan Konseling Dalam Mengurangi Dampak Negatif Penggunaan Media Sosial Peserta Didik SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Gambaran dampak negatif penggunaan media sosial peserta didik di SMK 1 Bandar Lampungdiketahui dampak negatif yang terjadi yakni peserta didik banyak tidak fokus dalam memperhatikan pembelajaran, banyak peserta didik yang bertengkar di media sosial, akses media sosial yang luas membuat peserta didik dapat menjangkau situs-situs yang tidak sewajarnya. 2) Pelaksanaan layanan dasar bimbingandan konseling dalam mengurangi dampak negatif penggunaan media sosial di SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung (Identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan siswa, Penentuan masalah yang di hadapai siswa, Pemberian layanan, Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut), 3) Hasil dari pelaksanaan layanan dasar bimbingandan konseling dalam mengurangi dampak negatif penggunaan media sosialdi SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung berjalan dengan baik mereka telah memahami bagaimana dampak negatif yang akan di timbulkan dari media sosial. .     ABSTRAK Komunitas nelayan merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai nelayan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup nya sehari hari. Penulis mengadakan penelitian mengenai pemberdayaan ekonomi komunitas nelayan Mekar Sari di Kelurahan Sukaraja Kecamatan Bumi Waras Kota Bandar Lampung, dengan rumusan masalah: Bagaimana upaya pengembangan kapasitas nelayan Mekar Sari dalam meningkatkan penghasilan di Kelurahan Sukaraja Kecamatan Bumi Waras Kota Bandar Lampung ?. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian mendeskripsikan upaya pengembangan kapasitas nelayan Mekar Sari di Kelurahan Sukaraja Kecamatan Bumi Waras Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif. Pengambilan sample dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dari 23 orang sehingga diperoleh 10 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun temuan sebagai berikut : dalam upaya peningkatan ekonomi atau pemberdayaan komunitas nelayan Dinas Kelautan Dan Perikanan Kota Bandar Lampung melakukan beberapa pelatihan di kelurahan Sukaraja Kecamatan Bumi Waras kota Bandar lampung. Pemberdayaan ekonomi komunitas nelayan mekar sari di Kelurahan Sukaraja Kecamatan Bumi Waras yaitu dengan diberikan pelatihan yang tentunya membatu nelayan dalam peningkatan hasil tangkap sehari-hari mereka. Pada pelatihan pertama diberikan pelatihan pengembangan kapasitas penangkapan oleh pihak dari Dinas Kelautan Dan Perikanan kota Bandar Lampung dengan pemberian pelatihan alat tangkap dan juga sarana dalam bentuk jaring dan mesin perahu guna untuk membantu nelayan dalam mencari ikan, selanjutnya diberikan pelatihan pengembangan kapasitas pengolahan, pelatihan ini di ikuti oleh istri nelayan untuk mengelola hasil tangkap ikan menjadi produk yang meningkatkan nilai tambah produk mereka dan meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Selanjutnya diberi pelatihan pemasaran, kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan pemasaran guna agar konsumen tertarik dengan pruduk yang dipasarkan, istri nelayan juga diajarkan pemasaran melalui online, karena penjualan online menjangkau lebih luas proses pemasaran. Kata kunci : pemberdayaan ekonomi, komunitas nelayan. ABSTRACT The fishing community is a group of people who work as fishermen to meet their daily needs. The author conducted a study on the economic empowerment of the Mekar Sari fishing community in Sukaraja Village, Bumi Waras District, Bandar Lampung City with the formulation of the problem: How are the efforts to develop the capacity of Mekar Sari fishermen in increasing income in Sukaraja Village, Bumi Waras District, Bandar Lampung City? The purpose of the study was to describe the efforts to develop the capacity of Mekar Sari fishermen in Sukaraja Village, Bumi Waras District, Bandar Lampung City. This research is a descriptive field research. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, from 23 people so that 10 people were obtained. Data collection methods were carried out using interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings are as follows: in an effort to improve the economy or empower the fishing community, the Bandar Lampung City Marine and Fisheries Service conducted several trainings in Sukaraja Village, Bumi Waras District, Bandar Lampung City. The economic empowerment of the Mekar Sari fishing community in Sukaraja Village, Bumi Waras District, namely by providing training that certainly helps fishermen in increasing their daily catch. In the first training, training was given to develop fishing capacity by the Bandar Lampung City Marine and Fisheries Service by providing training in fishing gear and also facilities in the form of nets and boat engines to help fishermen in fishing, then training was given to develop processing capacity, this training was attended by fishermen's wives to manage the catch into products that increase the added value of their products and increase their income. Furthermore, marketing training was given, this activity was in the form of marketing training so that consumers were interested in the products being marketed, fishermen's wives were also taught online marketing, because online sales reach a wider marketing process.     ANALISIS MOTIVASI, PERSEPSI, DAN PERILAKU LINTAS BUDAYA WISATAWAN MANCANEGARA DAN HOST HOMESTAY BANDUNG

    Kebutuhan wisatawan akan akomodasi semakin meningkat, bentuk akomodasi dapat menjadi alternatifnya. Sebagai tuan rumah harus mengerti dan memahami bahasa dan kebiasaan yang dimiliki oleh tamu yang tinggal di rumahnya. Namun tidak semua tuan rumah pemilik homestay mengerti dan memahami bahasa dan kebiasaan yang dimiliki oleh tamunya. Melalui situs akomodasi yang berbasis internasional yaitu CouchSurfing.com, Homestay.com dan Airbnb.com penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis perilaku lintas budaya antara tuan rumah orang Indonesia dengan tamu wisatawan mancanegara, motivasi dan persepsi dari tuan rumah homestay mengenai tamu dan sebaliknya. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dan informasi diperoleh dari data primer observasi, wawancara, dan angket serta data sekunder berupa dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan 20 tuan rumah homestay dan wisatawan mancanegara. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis naratif dengan menganalisis data melalui reduksi, data display, dan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini motivasi pengguna situs akomodasi tuan rumah (38,1%) dan tamu wisatawan mancanegara (30%) adalah sama-sama berkeinginan memperkenalkan budaya Indonesia juga ingin mempelajari kebudayaan negara lain. Persepsi positif bagi tamu, tuan rumah orang indonesia murpakan orang yang baik (40%) dan persepsi tuan rumah terhadap tamu adalah menghargai budaya (25%) dan dapat memberikan wawasan (25%). Dalam perilaku lintas budaya terdapat beberapa persamaan antara tamu dengan tuan rumah homestay, yaitu kemudahan beradaptasi dan memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang besar (55%), perbedaan yang dirasakan tuan rumah yaitu manajemen waktu (45%) serta wisatawan mancanegara merasa kebiasaan hidup mereka berbeda dengan tuan rumah (28%). As the host needs to understand and comprehend the language and habits that are owned by guests who stayed at his home. But not all host owner understand and comprehend the language and habits that are owned by the guests. Through the international-based accommodation website, namely CouchSurfing.com, Homestay.com and Airbnb.com research aims to identify and analyze the behavior of cross culture between host Indonesia with those foreign tourists and guests, motivation and perception of the homestay host about guest and vice versa. The author uses descriptive qualitative approach method. The data and information obtained from the primary data of observation, interview, and now as well as secondary data in the form of documentation and literature study. The technique of data collection is done by way of observation, interview and documentation with the homestay host and 20 foreign tourists. Data analysis using the method of Analysis of narrative by specifying the data through data reduction, display, and conclusion. In this research the motivation of users of the site host and guest accommodation foreign tourists are equally eager to introduce the culture of Indonesia (38,1%) (30%) would also like to learn the culture of other countries. Next guest perception against the homestay host is a good person (40%) instead of the guest host's perception towards is appreciative of the culture (25%) and can be regained insight (25%). In cross cultural behaviour there are some similarities between the guests with a homestay host, namely ease of adapting to and has a great curiosity (55%), the difference in the perceived host i.e. time management (45%) as well as foreign tourists feel the habit (28%).     THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA BASED INTERACTIVE MATH COMIC FOR STUDENTS OF VIII GRADE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

    The ability of teachers to take advantage of technological developments in learning is highly expected so that students' attention increases in following the Learning process, one obstacle faced by students is the difficulty of understanding the material of cubes and blocks and their formulas. The purpose of this study is to develop interactive comic learning media that is expected to solve problems faced by students and teachers in learning. This Learning Media will be packaged in the form of an interactive Learning CD. This type of research is development research or Development Research. The development research model that the author uses is a computer-aided learning product development model (PBK). Validation is carried out by experts consisting of two lecturers and one teacher to see if this learning media is valid. From the results of the validity test questionnaire analysis conducted by the validator, it can be concluded that the overall validation results for interactive mathematics comic learning media obtained were 87.50 with valid criteria. While the practicality test was carried out by 26 students to see whether this learning media was practical to use or not. From the results of the analysis of student  practicality questionnaire sheets, it was obtained that overall  student assessment of the learning media used was 89.29% with practical criteria

    Service System Design Utilizing a Service Science Perspective: Case of Pijar Mahir Digital Education Platform

    Indonesia has made significant progress on improving education access in the last few years. One of the leading telecommunication and technology company see the need to deliver competitive advantage into this sector through digital education platform technology business unit. The current service design of digital education platform has several problems, first is the infectivity of content delivery and second is the gap between value proposed and value perceived. Through external analysis of PESTEL and SWOT, internal analysis of service blueprint and lean canvas, the author deliver solutions for digital education platform technology through the perspective of service science in a form of new service blueprint and value co-creation activity based on the value orchestration strategy. The findings of this study show that to increase the effectivity of the service delivery and reduce the gap between value proposed by Pijar Mahir and value perceived by its customer, there are several improvements of the service needed. First is the addition of question-and-answer features of content delivery. Second is the improvement of content delivery method through case study and virtual tutoring. Third is the addition of customer service real time chat.
